Story
Mr. Toto was found wondering the streets with another small dog. He had a collar and was sent to the pound. Sadly his owners never came for him. Toto kept getting over looked at the pound probably due to being 5 years old. Toto is a huge cuddle bug and sweet. You can tell he’s just happy to be included. He does amazing with my dogs and cats. Toto was also in a home with children and I was told he did amazing there too. Toto does have a problem with running away and does need to be kept on a leash when outside. He also knows how to push open gates. Toto has been housebroken but still needs to be let out somewhat frequently. He really is the happiest dog I have ever met.

Story
Molly is a very affectionate and sweet girl. She loves being around her human. She's very active and loves walks and runs. She could be better trained when it comes to being on leash as she pulls when walking. She sits, shakes, and lays down. She knows "bedtime" and sleeps through the night. She is protective and alert in a helpful way. She is open to meeting new people and can get along well with other dogs. She is good in the car and not too fussy when it comes to food or habits.

I got Ace when he was a puppy. He’s always been around my 3 kids and is very playful. Extremely playful. He loves kids. Playing catch is his favorite thing to do. I take him on runs /walks and he loves it. He is up to date on his shots and neutered. He is a very high maintenance dog. Also One of the smartest dogs I’ve ever had. I just don’t have the time for him anymore as I had a change of career. His Bday was 2/14/2022. His dad was a pure bread German Shepard an his mom was pure Belgian Mal.

Story
This sweet guy is a 7 year old black lab mix and is 65 lbs. of pure love! He is such a wonderful dog and very energetic! He loves to play fetch with his ball, loves hiking, is great with other dogs and good with kids. We don’t know how he is with cats. He also likes to go in the car. Ozzy has some separation anxiety but has been crate trained and has been doing much better. He will also run if given the chance so extra precautions should be taken. He will need to adjust to a new home but he is very smart! Ozzy’s ideal home is with an active person who will take him on walks/hikes for exercise, someone who works from home or is not gone a lot would be best! Ozzy would also love to have a dog sibling around to play with and keep him company. He would not do well as an apartment dog. He needs a house with a very secure fenced in yard. He loves to cuddle and be by his people, so you must be okay with doggy snuggles! If you are interested in adopting Ozzy please fill out our MHS K9 Adoption Application on our website below. Or you can email Jessica for an application at mhsjessica@yahoo.com
