Story
Gavin is a 6 year old male dog that we rescued on his day of euthanasia. We have had him for 8 months. He is a gentle soul who loves his human family. He is great with other dogs. He is very gentle with our 15 year old miniature poodle and tries to be friends with our 12 year old German Shepherd. Our 12 year old Shepard does not welcome his efforts and does not get along with Gavin. We have 2 cats and he does chase small animals so we keep him separated from the cats. He is such a love and wants to be indoors with us He does not bark and has shown no signs of aggression. He loves pets and kisses. He is leash trained with the gentle lead and house broken. We have worked with a trainer to fine tune his manners after 7 months in the shelter. If you are looking for a best friend, Gavin is the dog for you. We are not asking for a fee, only that Gavin is adopted into a loving home that he deserves. He would be best in a home alone or with another dog but no cats.

Story
Frank is a two year old mixed breed dog. He is house trained, knows sit and leave it, walks great on a leash and is working on his crate training. He has a normal amount of energy, mostly laying around the house for most of the day and bursts of energy in the evening. He is very affectionate with people, indifferent on other animals on walks, but unsure how he is with them in close proximity. Frank would be OK in an apartment as long as there was adequate exercise but would probably thrive with a yard. Frank has two beds, food, toys, and five months worth of flea and tick meds that will be coming with him and no health issues and up to date on all of his vaccines.

Details

Story
Remi is a 6-year-old English Bulldog with a big heart and an even bigger personality. Sweet, easygoing boy who needs a loving home with someone who understands bulldogs and the special care they require. Like many bulldogs, Remi may have occasional health needs, so best with a family familiar with the breed or willing to learn. Remi has been raised around kids; we have three young children, and he has always been incredibly gentle and patient. He loves to nap, snore, and just hang out with his people. He is a bit grumpy when woken up from a deep sleep, but it’s just part of his bulldog charm. We love Remi deeply, but with three little ones at home, we can’t give him the time and attention he truly deserves. He needs a family who can give him lots of love, companionship, and care and is use to someone being home most days. If you’re looking for a loyal, snuggly buddy and you understand the bulldog life, Remi could be the perfect match for your family.

Story
Wile E is a very active dog. We got him at about 1-year old and now 6. He’s an Australian Shepherd/ Red Healer mix. He is obsessed with his frisbee and doesn’t care to play with anything else unless it’s missing. He has a very sweet demeanor, but can be hyper-active. He actually will pay attention to what’s on tv and gets excited when he hears other animals are on screen. Seems to hate the horses for some reason. He stands about 3’ tall at his head. He needs a big yard or ranch to run around in with lots of attention and acknowledgement. He needs to be busy walking, running, playing, herding, etc., but does relax too.

Ruby is a wonderful, affectionate, darling girl who will excel in most homes. In her foster home, she lives with other dogs, is visited by children on a regular basis, and we know she loves both men and women. Ruby has visited an especially safe and friendly dog park and we have never seen any issue. We do think that she is also independent and strong willed; we seek a confident dog owner, one who understands how to create positive boundaries for her and other dogs in the home. She loves car rides, will sit nicely on a senior person's walker, walks well on leash or harness, and loves loves loves attention.
