Charley is a sweet dog. We got him at 8 months from a rescue that told us he was a blue and red mix cattle dog. He is a taller than other cattle dogs so there is something more in there. He has been my teen daughter’s dog and has been her confident and they are so close, BUT we are convinced he was abused before coming to us and by someone that somehow resembles my husband who he is terrified of. It has been a bit more than a year and a half and poor Charley lives in terror when my husband is here. No matter how hard my husband tries (he loves dogs and cattle dogs in particular) - there has been no improvement. We are saddened by this, but have to choose and my husband will be staying. :) Please let me know if there are any questions!

Teddi has been a part of our family since he was just 9 weeks old, and he is now 5 months old\. In that short time, we’ve watched him grow from a tiny puppy into the sweet, loving dog he is today\. We’ve trained him, cared for him, taken him on walks, played countless games of fetch, and most importantly, loved him as part of our family\. This is an incredibly difficult decision for us, and it is not one we ever imagined having to make\. Recently, I had to close down my business and return to working a full\-time job\. With three children to support, my income alone is unfortunately not enough, so my wife has also had to return to work\. She’s a good girl with a lot of energy. I’m not home very much. The reason I got her was to save her from being sent to the pound by the previous owners. She wasn’t treated good with them. I just want to find her a home where people can be there for her and match her crazy energy. I hope there are some good people that can take her in and just play with her because that’s what she deserves. She does have a ear hematoma but it has been going down and she doesn’t look like she experiences any pain from it even when you touch it. Other than that nothing is wrong with her. She’s just crazy, hungry and playful.
