Story
Tengu is a sweet, goofy XL puppy. He is in foster with other dogs but is dog-selective and has an “alpha” personality. He prefers to be where his humans are - chilling out watching tv, helping you cook, following you to the bathroom, playing fetch in the backyard - and would love a home with hiking, camping, and family adventures. He loves following you around like a shadow, but can also be overprotective of his humans, typical of guardian breeds. He can be reactive on leash around strangers, so an experienced handler ready to train is a must.

Story
Churro is a spunky puppy looking for his forever home. Churro is very playful and would do well with another dog that he can tug on toys with and mouth play. He has been raised around other dogs, kids, and cats (although not his favorite). He loves to spend time outdoors taking in the sun, but also laying with his human. Churro has been crate trained to sleep in the crate overnight and for short periods throughout the day. Since Churro is a puppy, crate training was beneficial to minimize possible accidents and out of boredom, chewing on stuff he shouldn't. If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting Churro, please fill out the adoption application and a super cool person from the rescue will contact you to schedule the meet and greet. ** The adoption fee is a tax-deductible contribution to our 501c3 rescue. This fee covers vaccines, deworming, microchipping, and spaying/neutering. Meet and greets will only be arranged after we receive a completed and signed application. Please note that we do not follow a first-come, first-served policy. Instead, we thoroughly evaluate each application to ensure the best possible fit for the pet, considering breed characteristics and the lifestyle of the potential adopter.
