Story
Meet Nova! She's a beautiful blue nose Pit Bull, born 12/10/24 (1.5 years old). She runs fast, jumps high, and is full of energy. She needs an active home that can help her burn it off daily. She loves walks and is used to going 3x a week.Nova gets along great with other pets and loves to play. She's fine with cats and small dogs—she just loves sniffing them a little too much 😁. She can easily clear a 4-ft fence, not to escape, but to get to the front door if you're taking too long! She's up to date on vaccines but due soon. No microchip. She has not been spayed, and adopters must schedule her spay appointment and provide proof once completed.Nova is a sweet, well-behaved dog, but if she doesn't get enough exercise, she'll chew anything she can find (pretty normal for a high-energy Pit Bull). She also loves sneaking cat food—it’s her favorite snack! She adores toys... but they never last!(Adoption fee is only to ensure serious inquiries and steer away those that are up to no good)

Story
Benny was originally born into the rescue in November of 2019 to two GWP mixes, Jack and Diane. Benny was adopted with his brother, Bo, and recently returned due to the owner moving. Benny is a very sweet boy. One of his littermates was recently DNA tested. He is 50% German Wirehaired Pointer, 38% American Pit Bull Terrier, and 12% supermutt. Benny lives in a foster home with another male dog his size. Benny is 45 lbs and 6 years old. He loves kids! Benny is a sensitive soul who bonds quickly to his humans. He would be great in a home by himself or with another playful dog, but needs a home without cats or small dogs. He would love to be your adventure buddy! Benny is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, on HW prevention, and will come with a Seresto collar.

Story
Champ was originally found as a stray in Speedway and was not claimed. During his time at the Speedway Street Department he showed us he is a very good boy, who already knew commands, enjoyed time with humans, and was potty trained. He lives in a foster home with 4 other dogs, and is daycare-approved. He lives with small children, but may be best in a home with older kids. He certainly has a "bull in a china shop" personality, but has started working with a trainer to address habits, like jumping. Champ is a sweet boy who is patiently waiting for his forever home! He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and heartworm negative.

Dublin

Siberian Husky

Male, 8 yrs 2 mos
Speedway, IN
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Needs special attention, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Dublin is an 8 year old, 55 lb husky who is now ready to find his forever home. He was microchipped when he was found, and the owner on his chip stated they re-homed him. They provided info for the new owner, who stated they cannot keep him contained and asked if we could find a better home. Dublin is a sweet boy who gets along with everyone. He loves his orange toy. Like many huskies, he has seizures that are well-controlled with Keppra. He gets along with other dogs. We were told he gets along with cats - however - we have not tested that ourselves. He is crate-trained and potty trained, although he does not need the crate and is not destructive. He is also potty trained. He is a typical husky and will lock you out of your car, like he did to our foster, when you turn your back. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, dewormed, on prevention, and has had blood work that shows he is a healthy dog. As a senior, his adoption fee is 100
