Story
We brought Milo home at 8 weeks old. Milo is one of the sweetest dogs and really enjoys a good cuddle. This has been a really hard decision for us, we have put a lot of time, money and effort into him but I dont think our household is the best fit for him. He has a lot of energy and really needs to be in a home with land and somewhere he can be assigned jobs and just run around (especially in the snow). We do have another dog and a cat. My other dog is older so they just co-exist and get a long for the most part. Milo has gone to boarding and day care and has always done fine with other dogs there. He does enjoy chasing our cat around but has never harmed him. When he was a puppy he did try to herd kids we had him around and barks when he sees children, so we have chosen to keep him away from anyone young. Milo has a protective side but he means well. He gives the best hugs and even with all the energy, just wants to cuddle up at night.Would like to share more info about him!

Story
Rubble is 6yrs old. Very good with kids, babies and adults. Ok with cats once he gets use to them. Can not be around other dogs. House broken and crate trained. Needs to be leashed at all times or have fenced in yard. Will run if gets out. Has been around kids since puppy. I have to get rid of him cause he got loose and attacked another dog where i live. He can't stay here anymore. This is the first time he's attacked another dog. Has never bitten anyone. Lives with other dog but been together since young. Needs a good loving home. He's a cuddle dog. Sleeps with my grandson every night. Likes to be under the covers. He's a big baby.

Lily knows how to sit for treats, and she enjoys going for walks with our staff. Lily can be grabby with her food and treats, so we recommend caution around small children while she's eating. Lily must meet any resident dog(s) in a potential new home, to make sure they get along. Here at the shelter, Lily seems to enjoy being around the other dogs. * Lily has chronic skin allergies, and is currently eating a prescription diet.

Story
Sketti is about 3 years old, and she weighs about 50 pounds. This energetic girl knows how to sit and lay down for treats, and she loves hanging out with the staff one-on-one in our play yards. Sketti is new to shelter life, and being around so many other dogs seems to make her anxious. We suspect she may not be the biggest fan of other dogs, and will likely do best as the only dog in the home. * Sketti qualifies for the shelter's Adult Companion Program
