Barney (7) & Billie-Jean (8) are inseperable and must stay together. Barney actually watches out for Billie-Jean and knows where she is at all times. Both love lap time and will always ask for permission. They also are obedient and understands a soft 'No' or 'Not Now'. These two are very small and their combined weight is only 18 pounds even though Billie-Jean, (at 8 ibs), could stand to loose a little weight. These two are a joy and will definately put a smile on your face and warm your heart! They received a gold star during the vet exam where they received a 3 year rabies & distemper vaccination, full blood analysis and microchips. Adopt these two wonderful little cuddle bugs and experience "Happiness" for years to come.

Story
Jake, a charming 15-year-old Chihuahua and Jack Russell Terrier mix, was adopted in February 2020 but recently returned to us when his owner transitioned to a nursing home. This gentle little guy is quiet, potty trained, and would be perfect for anyone seeking a loving companion. He would love to take a slow walk around the neighbor hood with you, meeting new friends. Weighing in at 12 pounds, Jake is not only affectionate but also friendly with both dogs and cats. He is current on his rabies and distemper vaccinations, microchipped, and has recently undergone a dental procedure. Bring joy into your life by adopting sweet little Jake!

Story
Hi, I'm Blitz! 🐕 I'm a 1-year-old brown Chihuahua weighing 12 lbs, and I'm already neutered and ready for my forever home. I came in to Paws for Seniors with my sister, Bama, from a near-by shelter. We only stayed at the shelter over night and we were on our Freedom-ride the next morning. I'm a total people-pleaser — affectionate, playful, and great with kids, dogs, and cats, which means I'll fit right into almost any family. I love toys and cuddles on your lap, and I'm a gentleman on the leash 🎾 Just know that I'll need a secure fenced yard to run around safely, and I'm happiest with a mix of playtime and chill-out sessions. Come meet me and let's start our adventure together! ❤️

Story
Old man Guy is around 13 years old and was found abandoned in a back yard. He LOVES people and is ready to share his love. We do feel that he needs a home with kids 13 years or older. He is very set in his ways and we feel this would best to make everyone comfy. We are unsure of him with cats and super slow and patient introductions is best. He has played with a dog here at the shelter and done great! We will require a dog test to see how everyone gets along. He could benefit from some training to help with his manners and teach boundaries. He walks ok on leash. He enjoys going on walks and running around in the play yard. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Apply today. Interested in adopting?
