He is still decompressing in his loving foster home and understanding he is in a safe space. He enjoys lounging in his crate and exploring the backyard. He is making progress every day, so we will get to see his full personality in no time! T-Rex, or just REX, is 1 of 7 puppies from the TOY STORY litter that DSDA rescued from under a house in Greenville, Tx along with their gorgeous mom, Jessie.  He is 5 months old and 22 pounds- definitely the smallest of the litter-maybe a different dad here! He is settling into his foster home very nicely and enjoys the wise teachings of his foster fur siblings who are showing him the skills and manners of a spoiled house life. Rex is sleeping comfortably through the night in his crate and has proven himself to be catching on to house training like a PRO!  He is kid-friendly and cat-friendly. He LOVES other dogs and toys and even engages in independent play or will seek out someone to play with him. Couch napping is also an enjoyable activity of his!    Rex's size doesn't stop him from playing with the biggest dogs in his foster home though he is very respectful if someone is not in a playful mood.   His ideal home will have someone home a lot and another playful dog is a WIN-WIN! All dolled up and ready for her new family! Gabby is 1 of 7 puppies from the TOY STORY litter that DSDA rescued in Greenville, along with their momma, Jesse. This sweet pup is enjoying the sweet life of endless snuggles and playtime. She has adjusted very well to house life and is learning good manners with her new routine.  She does well in her crate, and casually hangs out in it as her 'safe spot'. She already knows how to 'sit' on command! She is a fast learner, and loves her treats, so training should be a breeze. Gabby has successfully tackled so many new solo adventures with bravery this week: Car rides (smooth, and only whined a little), new dogs (both big and small!), new people, a cart ride through Home Depot, and stairs! She's a resilient pup who takes on the world with curiousity and adaptibility. She will settle in nicely to different environments. Her potty training is ongoing, but going well. She knows to go outside to do her business, and is starting to indicate to her foster people when she need to be let out.  Gabby's leash training is also going well. He is a big loveable guy, who enjoys his afternoon naps, basking in the sun, and hanging out with his sister and foster people.  Woody has handled new environments like a pro! He's been in noisy shops, fields alongside horses, car rides (perfect time to nap), and different houses. All while being calm and curious...just a chill guy! He visited his first dog-friendly restaurant and loved hanging out on the patio with his people. He is sleeping through the night and has been indicating when he needs to go outside to potty in the morning. Woody loves his treats.
