This doesn’t mean she’s a toy or an accessory, she’s a dog who’s going to need a lot of love, affection and care. Little Scarlett was stray in Northern Oklahoma for several weeks; a kind woman who rescues took her in where she probably gave birth to several puppies so she’s needed to recuperate from that to get ready for adoption! Scarlett is tiny but she’s also a little pistol! When she’s comfortable, she’ll run around she’ll play she’ll chase another dog. Scarlett is approximately two years old, according to the vet. I think ideally she’d like to be the only dog, but maybe it would be fine if there was a middle-aged or older male canine companion. Pippa loves to run around in the yard chasing squirrels or birds. She’s still active in that way although she’s put on weight and needs to get back into a little bit better shape; leash-walking in a less busy area would be really good for her that’s something she really enjoys. Pippa is a very loyal dog and loves her family. She’s smart and wants to please. She is not motivated by food, rather she thrives on praise. Pippa was also adopted during Covid. There wasn’t any way to do formal training with her. I know that there’s someone out there who is meant to find this sweet loving dog who knows commands, is obviously house trained, doesn’t demand a lot of of anything which is a good quality in an Aussie! Hardy is looking for a behavior foster so we can learn more about his personality and give him a break from shelter life. He previously lived in a home, so he should have experience with potty training. He knows quite a few commands, enjoys going on walks around the neighborhood, and loves to snuggle up on the couch. Reason for Foster: BehaviorFoster Time Frame: Minimum 2 Weeks Foster Care Plan: Hardy will go to his foster home with medication to help him feel more calm and to make the transition to a new environment a little easier. We strongly suggest that he goes to a home with no children under 12 and no other dogs. SWEET SWEET SWEET! Found as a stray dumped in the country. Amazingly, Finn has a great temperament and has been evaluated by an accredited behaviorist. He passed all his tests with flying colors. We are happy to share her evaluation with any prospective family. Finn is about 3 years old, neutered, current on vaccinations, hw negative and microchipped. He is learning about toys in his foster home and how to live inside. Finn LOVES people! He kissed the vet, the tech, and everyone in the waiting room at the vet clinic. Finn is very smart and catches on quickly to what you are teaching him. He will make a fabulous addition to the right family.
