OUR VETS WILL NOT PERFORM SPAY NEUTER SURGERIES UNTIL DOG IS 6 MONTHS OLD. ❤️ Meet Enzo! ❤️ Enzo is a 2-year-old, big-hearted, goofy, and incredibly sweet boy who brings laughter and love wherever he goes! With an energy level of 8/10 , Enzo is always ready for an adventure, a game of chase, or some good old-fashioned fun. He especially loves high-energy dogs who enjoy running, playing, and roughhousing. His favorite companions are often Whippets and other playful pups who can keep up with his energetic spirit. Enzo is part yoga master, part little fox, part seal—and maybe even half cat! He loves curling himself into a tiny ball, performing surprise barrel rolls, giving gentle little love nibbles, and sleeping with his back feet in the air. His silly quirks will keep you smiling, while his affectionate nature will quickly steal your heart. Enzo is smart, eager to learn, and already knows several commands. He’s also a wonderful travel companion and does beautifully on car rides—even those lasting 10 hours! Enzo is looking for a loving home with someone who understands and appreciates his energy. When Colby first came to DASH he was surrounded by his sisters; they were definitely more outgoing at the time and eager to meet and bond with people. It didn’t take Colby long to realize that he was safe, loved, and surrounded by good people. Within just a couple of days, Colby began seeking his humans —and his sweet, playful, goofy personality is really starting to shine! Colby absolutely loves being outside, but he’s also discovered that life inside the house is pretty wonderful. These days, you’ll often find him lounging comfortably on the floor right beside the couch. He simply likes being close to his people. Colby’s confidence and interests have grown. In true Aussie action he shadows his foster family around the house, following along to see what everyone is up to. Colby is gentle, affectionate, playful, and has a wonderful, easygoing nature. Cole with Kids Cole has been remarkably patient and gentle with his foster family’s 5- and 7-year-old boys, as well as their young cousins. He has handled all of the activity and attention beautifully. Cole with Other Dogs Colby would do very well with a sister - he had 4 that we know of Having another dog around seems to help Colby feel safe. When he sees other dogs he wants to play and socialize. He clearly enjoys canine companionship and quickly showed his fun-loving side. Colby in the Home Colby enjoys relaxing near his people and will happily follow you from room to room. He doesn’t need to be the center of attention—he just wants to be part of the family. Colby is such a rewarding boy to watch blossom. Freeman Farm COLEMAN We are working with a family, whose patriarch/grandfather passed away; he had two separate litters of puppies arranging age from about 9 to 10 months. Each one needs a great home, a dog-buddy/can on Companion to play with and owners who are educating experienced with Australian shepherds These babies are gentle and sweet! 2 have already been adopted and 1 other female is in a foster home  They are ready for ADOPTION - but we’re also looking for two or three very, very short-term foster homes so we can bring the remaining dogs to the metroplex! As of tomorrow all the pups will have been to vet for exams, shots, Heartworm tests, chips etc; we will work out spays & neuters with the Adopters. Right now we just want them to be able to be living inside and decompressing…. Although the first three took to suburbia like they’ve lived here all of their lives! they are not-surprisingly enjoying indoor living, comfy couches and air-conditioning! Scout is a stunning dog that came to us as a stray.  He was rushed to the vet as he was found in high temps of over 100 degrees, and could not walk, stand or move.  Not only was he severely dehydrated but he had literaly hundeds of tick and fleas on him whichi made him severely anemic.  He received a blood transfusion and the vet was not sure he would make it.  Today he is a l it happy, healthy boy that loves other dogs.  He is good withi people too but can be a tad shy when meeting somone knew.  All it takes is a good ear scratch or pet and he is good.  He is a great dog who almost lost his life due to severe neglect.  He weighs 35 lbs and is about 2 years old. ##2805445##

Meet Max! Max is a sweet, fun-loving guy who is dog-friendly and absolutely loves getting outside to run, play, and be active. While Max can be a little protective of his personal space when he’s in his kennel, once he’s out, you’ll see what a loving and happy boy he truly is. He would do best with someone who is patient and willing to help him build confidence and learn that good things happen even when he’s in his kennel. Max has so much love to give and would make an amazing adventure buddy for someone willing to see the wonderful dog behind the kennel door!

Drax is a very sweet, smart, and quick-learning adult Australian Shepherd who has been with us since he was only a few weeks old. This decision to rehome Drax is not easy for us, but we believe it’s necessary to ensure he gets the life he deserves.Drax is:• A very smart dog who learns new things quickly• Someone who loves being around his people all of the time• Spayed, housetrained, crate trained, and leash trained• Experienced living with cats and birds• Best suited as the only dog in the householdDrax currently lives in a home with two cats, another dog, and a bird. He does well with the animals for the most part, but he and our other dog have had scuffles related to food. Drax has resource-guarding issues specifically with other animals, though he has absolutely no aggression towards humans. He also experiences general and separation anxiety, needing to be safely crated when his people are away. He would thrive in a home where he can be the only dog and the center of attention.

Meet Toasty!Toasty is a happy old man ready to spend his golden years being loved and pampered. He loves being with people and hanging out outside with his sister, Lily, especially if it means getting a tasty treat after! Toasty is also on his very own weight loss journey and making great progress! This has eased stress on his heart and joints to ensure he lives a long, healthy life free of joint pain.
