**Please note that PJ is a courtesy post and is not located at or affiliated with Paws Crossed Animal Rescue Pj is a very friendly, very loving and trusting cat. His markings are beautiful. He is estimated to be a year old by the vet. He would be the perfect companion for a work at home person. He is patient with everyone, and would also be a great family pet. He was very pliable when we brought him in for vet care- he just purred and took it all in. He does have a left eye that was injured, so he is one-eyed. He should be only in a single cat home, as he has wheezing from the cat “flu”, which would make him a risk for other cats, but not to humans. He is also fiv positive, but again this is not transfer to humans. He is extremely neat when he litters, covered all the offensive deposits.If you are interested in PJ, please text 914-299-0590. But if we asked Boo, she'd probably tell us that even the water tastes different, nobody told her she'd be leaving her beautiful island of Puerto Rico, and that people talk so funny that she can hardly understand them! What she does understand is the comfort of loving touch. Connecting almost immediately when we pet her, Boo can't contain her absolute joy at how people make her feel. Happy, excited biscuits are made everywhere as if she's been waiting to feel this way. The shape of her pretty eyes is exotic and her patched tabby markings are accentuated by a full-on tabby tail. While she's still finding her comfort zone in her new space here, what we love is the gratitude she shows us - for simply making her feel loved. So, peek-a-Boo, pretty girl. You're almost home. Vinyasa yoga links the the flow of movement to breath to achieve physical and mental well being. VINYASA (the cat) has his own way of making us feel peaceful, balanced and connected with the very best parts of ourselves! Soft and smokey grey marbled tabby, he is so easy to be with. An old soul in the body of a young boy, his foster says he would sweetly lay with her for hours, purring. He's unbothered by other cats (both male and female) and he'd be fine with a calm dog with a slow intro. He shared space with her 70lb senior pittie, and though he was cautious, he'd kneaded on her when they both were relaxed. He has a good appetite and isn't picky. We do believe we've caught him in deep contemplation (see photo) but you won't get an "Om", instead a meow for attention and even a chirp or two when you pet him.
