Snapshot of Teegan: Size? Small (12-ish pounds) Activity Level? I can run circles around dogs when I'm outside. But when I'm inside, I'm pretty chill! Noise Level? I'm pretty quiet unless I need something! Good with Dogs? Yes! Good with Cats? Yes! Good with Kids? Yes! Good with Strangers? I may start off a little shy. But I warm up quickly. Potty Trained? I have a hard time adjusting to new schedules. But once I'm settled in and I know the routine, my accidents stop! Crate Trained? I will go in my crate if needed. But I prefer to be out of it! Shedding? Minimal About Teegan: Hi! My name is Teegan and I'm a small girl with a big heart! I came to TCPR from local animal control where I was found on the side of the road with a "free" sign. While at animal control, I was pretty shy. But the moment I entered my foster home I became a social butterfly! I live with other dogs and cats in my foster home. I get along with both! But sometimes I can be a little protective of my space. I also live with young kids and I think they're great! I like to follow them around and clean up the food scraps after meal time. I'm basically a personal vacuum! I struggled a little with potty training when I first came to my foster home. But now that I know their routine, I'm a pro! I just needed regular potty breaks and to know where the door was. I kennel well at night and don't have any accidents in my crate! But I would much prefer to have free roam of the house if I can! My foster home has a fenced in yard and I LOVE to run laps around it. But when I'm inside you can usually find me chewing on a nylabone or scoping out the blankets to find my next place to nap. Overall, my energy level is pretty manageable even if I don't get a lot of time to run around outside. I mainly just want to be with my people and get attention from them! Teegan is fixed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations for her age. Britta is a total sweetheart who just melts into you when you pick her up. She loves being close to her people and her siblings and will be an amazing little soulmate to her future family. She enjoys exploring the wild world outside when accompanied by her people, and she thinks toys are the most fun things ever, even if they're twice her size. Cats and bigger dogs are fascinating creatures to Britta and deserve closer inspection if she can ever catch up to them with her tiny little legs. Once she's worn herself out, she seeks out her people to curl right up with them for a well-deserved nap. Her forever family is going to be so lucky to add her to their lives. Britta is estimated to be 3 months old and 7 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown.
