Benjamin is very sweet, cuddly, very snuggly and will follow you everywhere, he does have arthritis setting in in his hind legs and his hind legs are partially deformed which doctor has said as long as he stays at 13 pounds requires controlled feeding and doesn't jump meaning he needs stairs for sofa and bed.... Doesnt ike his legs messed with and can be slightly aggressive with other animals. Has had one knee surgery with his knee cap banded in place has crooked front paw as well is also trained to wear doggie diapers inside when left alone. Would be a wonderful only dog with a lot of love to offer his new parent......

Cybill is 3 years old and weighs about 11 pounds. She is up to date on shots, microchipped and spayed. Her owner died and she found herself in a high kill county shelter. She is a bit timid at first but soon becomes your friend. She is good with other dogs. She is good with all people once acclimated. Cybill is a sweet girl and just needs a family to step in and take her home to live life to its fullest. She will give you as much love as you give her. Elliot is a special dog. While he is small in stature, he is large in personality. Elliot loves to play and bounce around, but after a few minutes, he really wants a lap to snuggle on. Elliot has a small cleft lip that is purely cosmetic. He eats well and has no complaints. We think it makes him even more beautiful. Elliot also has hydrocephalus. This does not slow him down a bit. He runs and plays and does not know there is anything different about him. At this time no treatment is ongoing. Surgery has not been recommended by his vet, and he is not on any medications. Welcome Missy to CCPAL Rescue Foster program. Missy Gorda is a 2 -year- old Chug (Pug/Chihuahua). She weighs about 13 pounds and appears to be a good weight. She has the Pug body and is thick in the middle. She is very playful with toys. She is in a foster home with a large dog and Minnie and she does good with both. She isn’t a big shedder. She isn’t too vocal which is nice. She can use the doggy door and goes outside to do her business. She came from a hoarding situation and probably hasn’t been held much. She is a little nervous being held and has a bit of a stiff body. She loves her crate and will go to it when she is scared. The crate makes her feel safe. She is a wonderful little dog. She is really doing great in her foster home. We think the best home for Missy is a home with a partially or fully retired person or someone who has a quieter home. She would be great with someone that is more to themselves and doesn’t have a houseful of people everyday. She is a nice dog and when she is afraid she will retreat to her crate. She is getting lots of attention in her foster home and is doing great. She wouldn’t require a huge yard but a fenced one would be best for this girl. She can go with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She is currently in Texas in foster care. She is getting her vaccinations and will be spayed soon. I’m a gentle guy who loves attention, kisses, and being part of the action. I get along great with dogs, cats, and kids, and I’m always ready to make new friends.  I do especially well with the littles and am very patient with them.   I’m not a big barker, but if another dog starts up, I’ll happily join the chorus. I’m kennel trained, keep my space clean, and I’m working hard on my potty training—it’s coming along nicely when I’m on a good schedule. I am still learning about the leash, so until I figure that out I will need a fenced in yard where I can explore safely and do my business.   My favorite toys are squeaky ones, but don’t worry—I don’t destroy them, I just enjoy the sound. I’m affectionate, even-tempered, and gentle, and I love being talked to. I’m smart enough to know commands like “Kennel,” “Go Potty,” and even “Get Back” when the door is open. I’m the kind of dog who wants to be with people, whether we’re playing, walking, or just hanging out. I’ll do fine on my own if you’re busy, but I’ll be happiest in a home where I get plenty of love and attention. She may be mostly blind and deaf, but don’t let that fool you. This girl navigates life with the confidence of someone who absolutely knows where the treat jar is at all times. Kensi is a one&#226&#128&#145dog show, and she prefers it that way. Other dogs? Hard pass. Cats? Also no. Farm animals? Surprisingly fine. Humans? Yes, please.
