Story
Hi, I’m Peaches! I’m the sweetest two year old American Bully looking for my forever home! I do well with other dogs and all humans. Since I’m pretty strong, I would probably do best in a home with no small animals or children. I was running at large on the streets of Lackawanna until some good samaritans took me in and called animal control and I have been hanging out here ever since. While I enjoy spending time with these humans (especially when they give me kongs, boy do I love me a good Kong) I would really prefer a home of my very own. I haven’t had much exposure to the outside world prior to my break out so the world can be kind of scary to me. I would do best in a home where my new humans would have patience with me and give me the opportunity to realize that the world isn’t that scary of a place after all. If you think you could be that person/family, get in touch with my current agents either through here or give them a call at 716-827-6412.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.** Cute Puppy Alert! **  Meet Link and Zelda, two super adorable mini Bernadoodle puppies who are looking for their forever homes! These sweet pups were rescued from a breeder and, while they both have little hernias—which makes them less desirable in the breeding world—we think they’re absolutely perfect just the way they are! At almost 4 months old, Link and Zelda are playful and full of energy! We expect them to grow to about 30-35 pounds. Like true Bernadoodles, they love the outdoors—no matter what the weather brings! Rain or snow? Bring it on! They enjoy their time outside so much that they might need a little coaxing to come back inside. Currently, they have a lovely fenced yard to play in, but since they haven’t been introduced to leashes yet, that’s a fun skill they'll need to learn in their new homes. These pups are social butterflies! They play well together and get along with other playful dogs. Older dogs in their foster home have been teaching them good manners, and Link and Zelda have taken those lessons like champs! They are super friendly and love people, so they would be great companions for kids, too. As they’re still young, Link and Zelda are a bit of a blank slate, so they’ll need some training and patience to help them blossom in their new families. They’re loving, goofy, and eager to learn—especially when treats are involved! Link is the life of the party! He’s always searching for a toy to play with, and if he can’t find one, he’ll turn anything nearby into his new plaything. He’s a quick learner, watching other dogs to pick up on their behaviors. Link is affectionate and loves getting attention from everyone. He’s doing well with housetraining, but let’s be honest, he still has some work to do—though his love for the outdoors helps! Link has received professional grooming and will need regular grooming. He’s getting used to daily brushing, which is such a great habit to keep up! If you’re lucky enough to adopt Link, you’re in for a wonderful adventure! Link is up to date on all his age-appropriate vaccines and has been microchipped. He is scheduled to be neutered on December 9th, and he’ll be available for adoption right after that. The vet will also assess his hernia, and if necessary, it will be repaired at that time. His adoption fee is $750 which will help with the care of all the wonderful dogs in our rescue still waiting for their forever homes or our forever fosters needs. . We can’t wait to help Link find his perfect family! &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 We require that a martingale collar be used at the time of adoption. If you do not have a martingale collar, you can purchase one from Pixie Mamas for an additional $10. This requirement is in place to ensure the dog's safety and security.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 3, 2025, 11:21 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Beautiful Bria is ready for her new home! Bria came to us from Texas with her sister Baylor.  We are not sure what her mix is, possibly Chihuahua and she weighs around 14-15 pounds.   Bria and Baylor had a rough start before being rescued. They were found as strays, wandering the streets, pregnant, and also tested positive for heartworm. Fortunately, our partners in Texas took them in. They received heartworm treatment in Texas and they will require monthly heartworm prevention for the rest of their lives. Bria is an absolutely delightful little girl! She might be a bit shy at first, but once she gets to know you, her sweet and loving personality really shines through. Bria loves to be with other dogs and enjoys cuddling up next to them or just hanging out together. She is playful too but snuggling is her super power! She would be happy to have a furry friend in her new home to share adventures with! In her foster home, Bria seems to be housetrained, and having a fully fenced yard is a big plus—she adores sunbathing in it! Just remember that she might need a little time to adjust to her new surroundings and routine. Bria is working on her leash skills, and with some patience and encouragement, she’ll be walking right by your side in no time. She’s also crate trained and has a lot of fun with her toys and chewables. This calm girl really enjoys the cozy comfort of home, whether it’s snuggling on a soft bed or lounging on the couch. Bria is hoping to find a laid-back family who will love her and provide a safe, loving environment. She can’t wait to meet you! Bria is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and treated for heartworm.  Her adoption fee is $450 We require that a martingale collar be used at the time of adoption. If you do not have a martingale collar, you can purchase one from Pixie Mamas for an additional $10.
