Story
We are re-homing our one year old Belgian Malinois puppy. He is a great smart and active dog. He is a typical Malinois and is on the larger side (about 29 inches and 85 lbs), but very sweet. He would make a great addition for anyone with an active lifestyle. He also makes a good guard dog. We have had him for almost one year. He grew up along a 1 and 3 year old and our 11 year old daughter handles him well. He has also been raised with our 13 year old Border Collie and likes other dogs. He really needs space to exercise and an owner who can give him the attention he deserves. All of his shots are up to date and he was neutered on 12/28/23.

Story
Introducing Stetson, a caramel-colored hound mix with a heart as warm as his coat. At 21 months he weighs in at a muscular 57 pounds, showcasing a compact and robust build. Rescued from the streets of Alabama, Stetson is a testament to resilience and affection - he's since revealed his true, loving nature in a foster setting. Stetson thrives on closeness, whether for a cuddle with his humans or a playful romp with canine companions. He's a dream on a leash, unbothered by distractions, making every walk a breeze. Be sure to note that Stetson can easily leap over baby gates and scale chain-link fences but responds well to soft correction, demonstrating his eagerness to please. A six-foot wood privacy fence would be a plus for a guy like Stetson. Fully vetted, housebroken, and crate-trained, Stetson has proven to be the epitome of a "turn-key dog." He effortlessly fits into daily routines, reveling in fetch games and car rides, always ready for the next adventure with his humans. Stetson is primed for a forever home with a family that cherishes his blend of energy, intelligence, and loving nature. Will you be the one to unlock the full potential of the amazing Stetson?

Story
King is a 3-year-old fun boy who never met a stranger. He's a good-natured soul, somewhat of a silly goofball! King is pretty large, because based on his DNA test, he is mixed with the Mastiff breed. King's superpower is catching treats on the fly...well, kind of. King came to us Heartworm Positive, but he has completed the treatment and is ready to go! He is fostered in a multi-dog house, but because of the time spent on his treatment, he is just starting to socialize and adores other dogs. He did well on his shelter dog Meet. He's just an easy-going boy. In his spare time, King enjoys playing fetch as well as watching TV while playing with his toys. He especially enjoys watching the Phillies and the Eagles! Due to his size, and the fact that he does jump on people at times out of excitement, elderly/young kids are not a good fit. Cats...no idea! If you'd like to be considered for this big, handsome lug, just go to www.kodisclub.org/applications to help us determine if you are a good fit.

Story
Two year old Harley has just completed a Board and Train program and did quite well. She worked with multiple trainers and training assistants and had a good relationship with each of them. We included the lead trainer's feedback below as they know her best. Harley will need a home that can meet her needs for activity and structure: "Harley is a ton of fun, She has VERY high energy & can be a bit silly but that’s her personality. I would say an ideal home for Harley would be with somebody who lives a very active lifestyle. She is always wanting to move and stretch those legs. Small children (mainly under 13) in a home with her likely aren’t ideal due to her hyperactivity and strength. She’s a strong girl who loves to jump around, I would be concerned with her knocking small children over. She is very social with the dogs that come to our enrichment program. We have been working on teaching her social skills by coaching her while she interacts with dogs so that she can have a more gentle approach. I think she could live in a home with another dog who matches her activity needs. Harley's adopter should be someone who is willing to give her structure throughout her day. When she gets bored she gets barky & tries to find something to do. She doesn't realize she needs time to shut off and relax. We have been working a lot on that off-switch with her through our place command and tether sessions. . As important as it is that we do our part teaching her how to be bored, I think it's just as important her future owner keeps up with it as well". If approved to adopt her, her trainer will spend time with her new family showing them the strategies that worked with this cutie pie. The first step is to submit the application on our website at www.kodisclub.org/applications.

Story
Beauty is a 1 year old high energy, sweet pup who is looking for an active home who can meet her 'need for speed'! She doesn't have an aggressive bone in her cute little 70 pound body! Beauty is crate trained (if we throw a treat in) and is perfectly quiet while crated. If she gives us a little reminder, just saying her name and she will stop. She is house trained although may have an initial accident as she transitions to a new home. While she won't chew shoes, socks, or clothes, don't drop a paper towel in this munchkin's presence! Beauty has shown no resource guarding. Her main need is satisfying her need to play! If interested, just submit our adoption application at www.kodisclub.org/applications!
