Story
Prince is a sweet and outgoing lover boy who wants to find his next adventure! He is a 2-year-old pit bull/lab mix with a lovely black and white coat that has a little bit of white down the center of his face. He weighs 47 pounds and is up to date on all shots and vaccinations including being neutered as well. Prince likes to go on walks with his foster parent and walks well on a leash. He is crate-trained and lays there calmly and quietly. He seems to really enjoy having his own space! Prince absolutely adores children and any human he comes in contact with. He loves other dogs as well and has been nose to nose with the neighborhood cats while outside with no problems, therefore he may be cat friendly if given proper introductions. Prince ended up at our rescue due to no fault of his own. He and his Brother Mr. Wiggles spent all their time living outside. They were never allowed inside even through the blistering hot summers and freezing, snowy winters. Though he hasn’t had a lot of experience living inside, he is adjusting wonderfully! Prince’s ideal family would be somewhat active- someone who can regularly walk him and play with him. He also loves to be a couch potato, so a family who knows how to relax would also be ideal.

Story
Ready to See the World! Do you remember what it felt like to first discover the world around you? To be a bit shy but full of wonder and eagerness? That’s me! I’m a pup on the precipice of coming into my own. At just an estimated 10 months old, I’m still a little bashful, but with a loving home and family, I’m sure I’ll turn into a big, soppy pile of love. I weigh about 35 lbs, and I keep my pupish figure by staying moderately active. How? By playing, of course! I LOVE to play—whether it’s with toys, other dogs, kids, adults, or anyone else who’s game! Now, because of my young age, you might think I haven’t yet gotten the knack of the obedience thing. Well, I’m happy to report that you’d be wrong. I walk great on a leash…just think of all the exploring we’ll do! I handle crates with no problem…so you can do your thing without worrying that I’ll get claustrophobic. And I’m just about housebroken…any day now. All I need is the chance to experience more of the world. If you give me that chance, you’ll make me the happiest pup in the northeast. I promise I’ll return the favor in love, affection, and utter loyalty. What do you think? Could this be the beginning of a beautiful friendship?

Story
The Perfect Pup? Chances are, most dog owners think their pet is perfect, and this little girl is no exception! Ok, maybe there’s no such thing as perfection, but Raina sure comes close... Sweet? Check. Well-behaved? Check. Smart? Double-check! At about 6 months old, she’s far surpassing expectations regarding training, picking up on what to do (and NOT do) in hours vs days. Also, her capacity to give and receive love is off the charts! A total snuggle bunny, she’s melting the hearts of all those lucky enough to meet her. If you already have a dog or cat, that’s ok—she gets along great with both! If you have kids—even young kids, no worries—Raina’s their best friend waiting to happen. Even her size is perfect—at about 40 lbs, she’s just right for spooning! Most importantly, she’s looking for the perfect family to take her in and love her for life. In a perfect world, that family would be yours.

Story
HERMES—the Happiest Pup of All Time? If you know in your heart that a dog would bring joy to your life, just imagine what a puppy who’s happy all the time would do! Hermes is about 9 months old and as sweet as they come. He’s been fostered and gets along great with other dogs (they make him happy), cats (again, happy), and kids (you guessed it). A hound-lab mix, he’s the perfect size for hugging and the perfect temperament to fill your heart and home with love. Hermes is moderately active; he’d gladly stroll around your block, but he’s also content curling up on the couch. Seriously, his tail is always wagging, and yours will be, too. Having a bad day? Insert Hermes here. Need a break from work? It’s Hermes to the rescue! If you’re looking for 4-legged happiness…you’ve found him.

Story
Two year old Harley has just completed a Board and Train program and did quite well. She worked with multiple trainers and training assistants and had a good relationship with each of them. We included the lead trainer's feedback below as they know her best. Harley will need a home that can meet her needs for activity and structure: "Harley is a ton of fun, She has VERY high energy & can be a bit silly but that’s her personality. I would say an ideal home for Harley would be with somebody who lives a very active lifestyle. She is always wanting to move and stretch those legs. Small children (mainly under 13) in a home with her likely aren’t ideal due to her hyperactivity and strength. She’s a strong girl who loves to jump around, I would be concerned with her knocking small children over. She is very social with the dogs that come to our enrichment program. We have been working on teaching her social skills by coaching her while she interacts with dogs so that she can have a more gentle approach. I think she could live in a home with another dog who matches her activity needs. Harley's adopter should be someone who is willing to give her structure throughout her day. When she gets bored she gets barky & tries to find something to do. She doesn't realize she needs time to shut off and relax. We have been working a lot on that off-switch with her through our place command and tether sessions. . As important as it is that we do our part teaching her how to be bored, I think it's just as important her future owner keeps up with it as well". If approved to adopt her, her trainer will spend time with her new family showing them the strategies that worked with this cutie pie. The first step is to submit the application on our website at www.kodisclub.org/applications. PA License #18512 Souderton, PA

Story
Meet Alex, your new best friend and adventure buddy! This 3 year old boy is incredibly friendly, affectionate, loyal, playful, smart, funny and athletic - making him the perfect companion for the right home. He is the opposite of a couch potato! He's always up for fun activities with those he trusts. Because of his high energy and 'zest' for life, no children under 12! He'd bowl them over lol. Alex was dog tested on leash and, much like with people, he was strong and high energy which could possibly either annoy, or intimidate, or engage another dog depending on their personality and temperament. He showed no aggression. We would assess interaction with a resident dog at a Meet. But he's just as happy being an only dog. He is creative in finding things to do and to make his own fun. At first, with new people, Alex is timid and lacks confidence. Once he sees for himself that he's safe, he warms up and his gleeful personality shines through. For this reason, his new family will need to be patient and consistent until Alex understands all his good. Thankfully, this boy has zero aggression. He is just suspect with new humans, most likely from having been homeless on the streets. Alex is very curious about his surroundings and is always eager to learn new things. He is eager to learn what is being asked of him. His loyalty, love, and goofy personality will win over your heart in no time. Alex is seeking a forever home where he can be showered with love, attention, and plenty of opportunities to play and explore, but who has the patience to help him build the trust he needs to blossom. He's sure to bring laughter and joy to everyone around him. If you'd like to be considered for Alex, just submit our application at www.kodisclub.org/applications! PA License #18512 Souderton, PA
