Story
Who doesn't love a puppy?? These girls were part of a litter of 6 with 4 spoken for already! 14 weeks old and excellent temperaments. Bred specifically to be trained as service dogs, by a breeder who worked with a service organization, but  became ill and had to unexpectedly retire. The girls are doing great on crate training and house training and have been raised in a home with other dogs so well socialized. They are very playful and their antics keep us laughing! Applications for adoption are on www.kodisclub.org/applications! PA Dog License 18512 Souderton

Story
Vader is between 1 to 2 years old and was found stray in Philly. He waited patiently for his owner but no one showed up. While waiting at the shelter, volunteers and vet staff commented that he was a very sweet dog. After his stray hold, off he came to Kodi's Club! Vader enjoys his humans and is overall a cooperative boy. Vader does not automatically bond with his human. There is a hint of a very strict prior life that looks like a weary affect when approached. Patience, space, and an environment that promotes a sense of security and safety are the tools to bring out the real Vader. Vader hasn't had much Obedience work so needs some leash work, as he will pull toward tempting scents of interest and has the strength to pull his handler. On leash walks, he has pretty much not shown interest in other dogs. Free to play in a group at the shelter, he also didn't present as interested in other dogs, but more so in scents in the yard. Vader will require a physically fenced yard. Learning not to jump up as part of his repertoire with new people is on his To Do list. Vader takes treats gently and is very appreciative! Because he's a young boy and needs to be taught to control his excitement, he will require an experienced owner who is also willing to schedule training sessions to fine tune his manners. No children under 12. Cats unknown. Interested in being considered? Head over to our website at www.kodisclub.org/applications and submit our application! PA Dog License #18512 Souderton, PA

Story
Rocco is a very sweet, well-mannered, big guy estimated to be about 2 years old by the shelter. From the day he joined Kodi's Club, he has proven to be a neat, housebroken boy. Rocco has a calm, non-reactive temperament. He actually ignored the other dogs at the shelter who were carrying on and just walked by them minding his own business. True to his breed, while reserved at first, once he is comfortable with his new people, he's a big mush. Rocco is really somewhat of a silly boy under the surface, he just wants to form an opinion of you first! He is also very food motivated and will do whatever asked if he knows there is a treat involved. Did I mention that his favorite toy is a hard rubber ball he received as a gift? He does need leash work as he's a strong boy and pulls hard to follow scents of interest. Rocco crates beautifully but will sometimes briefly complain at first, but it isn't persistent.  Cats are unknown. Children over 12 who have lived with, and are comfortable with, large dogs If you'd like to be considered for Rocco, simply submit our application that can be found on www.kodisclub.org/applicaions and we can begin the process! PA dog license #18512  Souderton PA

Story
We are looking to rehome our labordoodle/mix. Carson is 8 1/2 years old but don’t let age fool you. He is as active and playful as he was when he was a puppy. Has not lost one step and is in excellent physical health. Let’s start with the good. He is an incredibly friendly, loving and cuddly animal. He is good with other dogs. Doesn’t bite. Barks and whimpers when he sees other dogs but nonaggressive. Sometimes he tries to mount larger dogs. Great with adults and kids. He’ll play fetch or tug of war all day. And lounge/cuddle at night. It’s his greatest quality. Good car rider. We are rehoming him because we moved into a new home and have new jobs which require us to be away from him for most of the day. He has not adjusted well. SEVERE separation anxiety sends him into panic leading him on a path of home and self destruction. We’ve tried everything to get him out of it. He needs a family that is more present to support his need to be with someone or a brilliant, experience pet owner.

Story
This is Bear who was found stray, playing in the streets of Philly, with a black and white dog, for the THIRD time 🙄. They were reclaimed the first 2 times, but not this time. Bear is neutered, friendly, and very very sweet. He solicits pets by nudging your hand and thoroughly enjoys the attention. He always takes treats gently. While somewhat shy at first with strangers, once he's been introduced to new humans, he's a trusting boy, which is nice to find in a rescued dog. His owners must have shown him lots of love despite not coming to the shelter for him. A few treats work wonders in his warm up. Food is definitely one of his motivators but he also equally enjoys attention. His noggin is pure eye candy! Bear pulls somewhat on leash but the pulling is initially out of excitement. He does slow down, but a little training along with steady exercise will address that. He's a big sniffer on walks! He enjoys the company of other dogs, but has not been tested with cats. Children over 10 would be best due to his size and energy. If you'd like be considered for Bear, our application is on www.kodisclub.org/applications!
