Story
We got tippy from a private person when he was a puppy. Tippy is up to date on all shots, house trained and crate trained. He can be very sweet and loving to his people. He likes to go for walks and snuggle in blankets. Tippy is healthy with no health issues. He will thrive in an environment with no other pets or children. Tippy is too aggressive with our young child and we can’t risk the safety of the toddler.

Story
🐾 Meet Gramps: A Gentleman in Need of a Loving Retirement Home! 🐾 Meet Gramps, a stately gentleman who, unfortunately, found himself at the shelter instead of a retirement home. But this amazing boy isn't complaining, and he's ready to find his forever home. Gramps is a true testament to the enduring spirit of our furry friends. He may be a bit older, but he's got more love to give than ever before. If given a choice, he'd prefer a comfortable couch over a Kuranda bed and quieter roommates to share it with. This gentle soul radiates a warmth and wisdom that's impossible to ignore. He's experienced the ups and downs of life, and he's ready to enjoy his golden years in a loving and caring environment. Gramps is the perfect companion for someone who appreciates the value of a seasoned, kind-hearted friend. At the shelter, Gramps has been experiencing a bit of stress, as any of us would in such a situation. However, he still loves to go on walks with our volunteers, showing that he has plenty of life and energy left to share with his new family. There's a twinkle in his eye that suggests he's eager for new adventures and experiences. Don't miss out on the chance to adopt Gramps and give him the loving retirement home he truly deserves. He's patiently waiting for that special person or family to open their hearts and homes to him. Gramps is not just looking for a house; he's looking for a place where he can be cherished and loved for the rest of his days. Come meet this remarkable gentleman and experience the joy of providing him with a second chance at happiness. Gramps is ready to fill your life with warmth, companionship, and endless love. To meet Gramps and see if he's the perfect fit for your family, visit Hopewell Animal Services at 507 Station Street, approximately 200 yards behind the downtown Fire Department. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a meet and greet with Gramps, please call them at 804-541-2204. You won't regret opening your heart and home to this wonderful soul. Let's ensure that Gramps gets to enjoy his golden years in the loving retirement home he deserves.
