Titus is a 2-year-old Boxer / mix with a larger-than-life personality, approximately three functioning brain cells, and absolutely ZERO concern about looking dignified. This chocolate-colored hunk is crazy, goofy, lovable, ridiculously expressive, and quite possibly one of the derpiest dogs you’ll ever meet. Whether he’s flopping around with a stuffy, chasing a ball, or staring at you with those big goofy eyes, Titus has a way of making everything entertaining!And speaking of those eyes… WOW. Titus has the most striking golden-colored eyes that practically glow against his rich chocolate coat. He’s an incredibly handsome dog - although his goofy personality makes it nearly impossible for him to take himself seriously. Underneath all that derp is an incredibly loving boy who genuinely enjoys being around his people. Titus loves attention, fetch, his stuffies, and being included in whatever his humans are doing. He has the kind of personality that fills a room, and life with Titus is pretty much guaranteed to involve a lot of laughter!Because Titus came to WCAS as a stray, we’re still learning more about him every day! One thing we have learned is that small children make him nervous. Despite his big stature and outgoing personality, around little kids this big goofy guy turns into a nervous puddle. For that reason, Titus is looking for a home with children ages 16+.When it comes to other animals, Titus may enjoy having a canine buddy - but he needs the right match (NO cats or small dogs for this guy)! The reality is that Zorro isn`t a couch potato, and she isn`t the type of dog who can be expected to `just know` how to behave forever without continued structure and training. Like any young, intelligent dog, she thrives when her mind and body are kept active!Zorro is a lot of dog!!She has an excellent foundation of manners and knows exactly what`s expected of her. However, she`s incredibly smart and likes to `test the waters` with new people, often acting like she`s forgotten everything she`s learned just to see what she can get away with. She needs a confident, consistent adopter who will continue reinforcing the training she already has!An active lifestyle is a must!! Zorro would love hiking, camping, long walks, training, or any adventure that keeps both her mind and body engaged. BENJI clearly missed the memo that he’s supposed to be slowing down!Benji is an adorable little Mini Poodle / mix with the confidence of a dog who has been around the block a time or two and knows exactly what he wants out of life - and what he wants most is his people! This sweet senior bonds fast and hard, and once Benji decides you’re his person, he’d prefer to be wherever you are. Cleaning the garage? He’ll supervise. Relaxing on the porch? He’ll happily hang out at your feet. Heading out for a walk? Those little poodle paws are ready to GO!Despite being 11.5 years old, Benji still has plenty of pep in his step! He’s quick on his feet, loves getting out and exploring, and has the absolute cutest habit of waving his little poodle paws in the air when he’s excited to see you. At the same time, he’s perfectly content settling in and enjoying the quieter parts of the day. He’s a wonderful combination of happy, confident, social, and easygoing.Benji is currently living in a foster home where he has been exposed to quite the crew! He has done well around dogs, a farm cat, horses, and plenty of everyday activity without much fazing him. We believe Benji may do well living with other animals as long as proper, slow introductions are performed! That being said, he can occasionally be a little “much” for another dog, so any canine companions should be confident, well-socialized, and comfortable sharing their space with his larger-than-life little personality.While Benji certainly prefers being with his people, he is able to settle in a crate after some time.
