Story
Freya is 5 year old rescue with a complicated history. When she was 3 years old she was dropped at a shelter with freshly cropped infected ears, very skinny, bite wounds, and evidence of recently having puppies. From then, my friend adopted her. In March 2025, I adopted Freya because her owner was moving across the country and couldn't take her with. I only found out about her breed after doing a DNA test, which came back 100% Presa Canario. For the past year I've worked hard to train her and she has flourished but with my recent life change I can no longer care for her. She currently lives on a farm and prefers a quiet life. She has high prey drive, reactivity to strangers/dogs, and separation anxiety that has improved with fluoxetine. Preferably her next owner is someone that's prepared for a breed like her. Freya is a sweetheart at her core and so silly, anyone who gets close with her knows that. I'm willing to support however I can for a smooth transition to a new home.

Story
Mississippi is a handsome not quite one year old Labrador with a heart as big as his name. This sweet boy was found running the streets before animal control stepped in and contacted us for help. From the moment he came into rescue, Mississippi has shown nothing but gratitude, intelligence, and a whole lot of love to give. Mississippi is one smart pup! He already knows his basic commands — sit, lay down, shake, and stay — and he’s eager to keep learning. He’s fully house trained, neutered, current on all vaccinations, and heartworm negative, so he’s more than ready to settle into his forever home. He does wonderfully with other dogs and even does well around horses, making him a great fit for a variety of homes — whether that’s a family in town or someone with a little land to roam. Mississippi is the kind of dog who bonds deeply with his people and thrives on companionship. He is a little too forward with cats and he is big and scares them. Once they run he will chase, so a cat free home is best. Transport is included in our adoption fees; all fees are paid at pick-up. Total adoption fee $250. Next transport is April 24/25th. See transport stops below. We encourage adopters to read profiles fully and reach out with any questions — we are always happy to help. Inquiries through the site are not consistently coming through. If you send an inquiry and we do not answer the same day, we didn't get it. You can use our direct email at atasnp@gmail.com or text/call 469-241-0000. Story
Hi! I’m Crystal — a little sparkle of a puppy with a big heart and an even bigger love for life. My journey didn’t start out easy. My two brothers and I ended up at the county shelter after our owner left us behind. We transport our own dogs and travel twice a month. Transport is included in our adoption fees; all fees are paid at pick-up. Total adoption fee $300 Next travel is April 24/25th. I’m am about 6 months old but still just a baby, which means I’m full of playful energy, curiosity, and lots of love. I adore playing, snuggling, and doing all the silly puppy things that are guaranteed to make you laugh. Belly rubs? Yes, please. Cuddles? Absolutely. Puppy kisses? I have plenty to give. I love playing with my foster siblings and making new friends with everyone I meet — people included! Crystal has recently been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations, heart worm negative, has had a 6-month Pro-Heart shot (HW preventative) and is on flea/tick prevention. She is small and weighs only 30lbs. Crystal may need continued help with her potty training but she is using a dog door and keeping her kennel room very clean. Story
Anita is a typical happy puppy. She loves attention from people and thrives on affection. She enjoys romping and playing with her foster siblings. When playtime starts, Anita is all in—especially if there’s a toy involved! We transport our own dogs and travel twice a month. Transport is included in our adoption fees; all fees are paid at pick-up. Total adoption fee $150, Anita has a sponsor that has paid for her vetting. Transport April 24/25th. Her favorite toys? Anything that makes noise. Squeaky toys are a win, but she’s just as thrilled with a crunchy empty water bottle, which can keep her happily entertained for quite a while. Anita is always so happy to see me and will come running every time. She loves affection and attention. I wish I had more time to give her, she is such a great girl and fun to be with. I can't wait for her to have her own family so she can have someone of her own to love that will love her in return. Anita was just spayed, is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative and on preventative. Her kennel has a dog door to a large yard and she uses the dog door to potty. We encourage adopters to read profiles fully and reach out with any questions — we are always happy to help. Inquiries through the site are not consistently coming through.
