Hi, I'm Warner and I'm from Oklahoma! From my foster: Sawyer (aka Warner) is the sweetest pup and is looking for his forever family! He loves children and does great with other animals. He is still working on potty training but is very smart and usually sits by the door! He also knows how to sit, lay down, shake, and is learning the command "stay. He does well in a crate but sometimes gets lonely and cries out. He loves to cuddle, play fetch, and play in the snow. Sawyer will be the perfect addition to any family!

Story
I am Champ. I am from Kansas. From his foster: Champ is kind of perfect. He would do best in a home with another pro-winter dog or human as he likes the snow and being outside in cold COLD weather to play. He's pretty smart too - Champ had never seen stairs and after a day he has mastered it. He needs to be challenged or his curiosity will get the best of him. He's good with kids, people, and other dogs (still recommend slow intros). He likes to cuddle until he gets too warm. Remember he's smart; he knows how to open most latches for outdoor gates. Although he hasn't run away it might be key to know if you have other pets or small children that you'll need to make an adjustment.

Hi, my name is Jacob and I was an owner surrender. From the foster: Jacob is a happy, handsome Husky with calm energy. I describe it as calm energy because it is different than puppy energy. He will talk to you in his low husky voice to say good morning, tell you he his hungry or when he sees the leash come out because he is excited to go and explore. He loves to spend time in the backyard and play with our neighbor's dog. He lives with our 6 year old cattle dog and my 11 and 13 year old. Jacob likes to be pet, brushed, and snuggle while watching TV. Sometimes he will fetch, but it seems to be on his terms. I noticed that he likes to bury his toys in blankets which is super cute. I have enjoyed getting to know this husky breed, sometimes he seems so human. He even tried to keep the kids from jumping in the pool by putting his arms around them. While Jacob is 6, it does not appear that he had been taught basic obedience. He is a very good boy considering the lack of training. He rarely barks, he only jumps up when he sees the leash, and has not shown any leash aggression. He may get excited to see another dog, but it is not aggression. Jacob will pull on a leash until he gets more energy out and then he will settle in. He will require a fenced yard and training for owner and Jacob to be the best they can be together. He is not crate or house trained - working on this! Also, he shouldn't go to a home with cats because of his high prey drive. Will you be his furever person?

Story
A portion of Daisy's adoption fee has been sponsored by her friends at The Murray Fund. Hi I'm Daisy! From the Foster: Daisy is one of the most incredible dogs I have ever known. Anyone would be lucky to have her in their life, and in the right environment, Daisy shines more than any dog I have ever known. The key for Daisy is to set her up for success, and the right environment is going to be the first step. Daisy is a typical husky when it comes to her hilarious personality, intelligence and vocal nature. She also loves to sing the songs of her ancestors and bring out her stubborn side, especially when asked to come inside in the middle of a snowstorm. Daisy has some anxiety and reactivity to noises, commotion, and other dogs. Living in a quieter environment will be key to helping her have a more relaxed approach to daily life and not have all the noises of things like city life right outside her door, making her on high alert. This means no shared walls for sure, and a space that is a bit more private. A private fenced-in yard? A more rural home without close neighbors? Some land she can sniff and explore? Yes!! This would be Daisy's dream :). Daisy is also dog selective. This means she needs to decide which dogs she wants to be friends with, allowing the proper time and space to do so. She won't be a dog park kind of dog, or a social butterfly at dog-friendly breweries, etc. She prefers male dogs, has bonded very well with previous male puppies we've fostered, and is the best of friends with my male husky mix. She is not cat friendly, so a home without cats is ideal. I would love to see Daisy with an adopter who understands her needs when it comes to her reactivity and anxiety; someone who is open to continuing to help her with training, but who also understands that this is part of who Daisy is. She's a wonderful girl and has come so far while with me, and I'm sure will continue to improve in lessening her anxiety and reactivity. Daisy would love an active family who wants to do all the things with their doggy BFF like hiking trails, checking out camping sites, and going for runs in the snow. She would love to try skijoring, bikejoring, canicross, agility, etc. It takes a little extra planning to do all these things in a place where she can be more comfortable and not surrounded by a lot of other people and dogs, but that little extra planning is so worth it!! Daisy's favorite moments are when she's outside in a private environment where she can feel safe and at peace. She is a frequent visitor of SniffSpots and other spaces she can enjoy by herself or with her foster brother. To sum it up, Daisy needs someone who is open to meeting her where she is at, and someone who sees and truly believes that Daisy is worth it because she really is. Daisy will change your life for the better if you let her. The adoption fee sponsorship credit of $200.00 will be applied during the contract process

Story
I find myself in a position where I am looking for a new home, through no fault of my own. Sky is my name and I'm a friendly, 2 year old, male Siberian Husky mix. My owner had health problems and wasn't able to devote the time it takes to care for an active boy like me. She said I do well with cats but am not fond of other canines. I lived with older children and did well with them. If you're looking for a medium size boy, I weigh just 47 pounds so I might be the one for you! I'm looking for a home where people are around most of the time because I don't like being alone. And someone who has the energy to keep up with me!

Story
Gully is a stunningly beautiful 2 year old husky/cross. She is fun, active, and will be a fantastic companion for a busy household. She loves to wrestle and play with other dogs. She is pretty confident and sure of herself-so she doesn't always mesh with others of the same confidence level. She plays husky hard-so her playmates should be of the same ilk. She is ok with small dogs and cats but they may not enjoy her persistence. She is wonderful in the house and kennels well. She loves running with her foster dad and is also a great walker. She is smart and willing, so she would excel in obedience or agility.Gully is extra special to her foster family. They love and appreciate the fun, goofy, active dog she is. If you need a little laughter and more steps in your day, fill out an adoption application to learn more about this wonderful, unique girl.Gully has been spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on her vaccinations for rabies, distemper and bordatella. She has also tested negative for heartworm disease. Her adoption fee is $450.00 plus sales tax.

Story
Beau will be 2 in February. He is a fixed German Shephard / Siberian Husky Mix. Treat Trained. Knows commands. Can be vocal around new people but acclimates fairly quickly and stays quiet. Good walker. Better as a single home dog with adults and /or older children, no cats. He currently lives with his "sister", a young female German Shepherd, but would likely thrive solo. Active pretty guy who is very gentle, loves cheese, toys, peanut butter, and belly scratches. He e is crate trained, house trained, and has multiple beds & toys we can provide. He loves walks or running in a fenced yard, and horseplay. Due to a progressing cancer diagnosis, we need to find him a loving forever home asap.

Story
I am Nara. I am from Arkansas. I'm a super sweet and outgoing gril. My foster parents tell me I'm a super goofy girl, I like to hop and spin around like a bunny. I loveeeeee all the people in the entire world. I want to jump up and give you hugs and get all the pets! I am a sweet girl who wants to bounce around and play all the time. I love other dogs and just want to play! My foster parents say I can be a bit extra for some dogs who want a little more space, but I just want to play! I am a bit curious about the resident kitty and would do best in a home with a dpg savey cat. I love all people and mean well but my excitment may get the best of me and I could knock down small childern! So a little older childern would be best! I am house trained and crate trained (need a little encouragement to go in). My foster parents fenced back yard is the best and I could stay out and play all day long. Kongs and toys are the best thing invented sense sliced bread. Do I sound like the perfect dog for you ?
