Meet Amy  A beautiful Boxer/Lab mix with a heart of gold and eyes that will melt yours. Amy is the definition of a sensitive soul. She’s happiest right by your side—whether she’s quietly keeping you company or soaking up all the cuddles you can give. And don’t forget her favorite comfort: her blankie! Amy loves to burrow underneath it, just poking her nose out to check in on you—it's as adorable as it sounds.  Why You’ll Fall in Love with Amy: The Perfect Travel Buddy – Amy loves car rides and is always ready to hop in for your next adventure. A+ Student – She’s fully potty trained and already knows her “sit” and “stay.” She’s eager to please and a wonderful listener. Gentle & Affectionate – Amy forms deep, meaningful bonds with her people and thrives on love and connection. Great Walking Partner – She enjoys her daily walks and does well on a leash. Amy has also met a cat in her temporary foster home and politely chose to ignore it—what a lady!  What Amy Needs in a Forever Home: Amy can be a bit of a wallflower at first. She’s sensitive to loud or sudden noises and can be unsure around other dogs. With guidance from trainers, she’s already making great progress and does well when given space from other dogs—she’s learning every day! Because of this, Amy would do best in: A calm, patient home that will help her continue building confidence A single-family house, where there are fewer unexpected noises A home where she can feel safe, understood, and loved at her own pace  The Reward: Give Amy a little patience and a peaceful environment, and she’ll give you a lifetime of loyalty, trust, and the coziest snuggles you could ever hope for.   Ready to make Amy part of your family? If you have a quiet home and a big heart, Amy could be your perfect match. Not able to adopt right now? You can still help! Share Amy’s story—her perfect forever home is out there waiting.        Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Story
Hi there, I’m Boomer Jr., but my foster mom calls me Boom! I’m about a year old Boxer mix and a total lovebug. I made my way to Minnesota all the way from North Carolina after a hurricane so the shelter there could help more pups in need. Now, I’m ready to find my forever home!   I’m the good boy—fully potty trained, kennel trained, and eager to learn. I’ve already mastered "sit," "lay down," and "get down," and I’m super food-motivated, so teaching me new tricks will be a breeze. I love making doggie friends, especially bigger ones, because sometimes I forget my size and play a little too hard with the tiny pups. I would need a home with another dog because I love to play!   I’m also great in the car—I’ll just curl up and relax while you drive. I do get a bit nervous around new people and might bark or growl at first, but give me a treat or two, and I’ll be your best friend in no time. Because of this, I’d do best in a home without small kids, as sometimes I am anxious.   I’m a playful guy with lots of energy, so a fenced yard would be perfect for me to zoom around in. I love my toys and love antlers and bones to chew on.    If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and fun companion, I’m your pup. I can’t wait to meet you and start our adventures together!    Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.   Look at little Louie! Could he be any cuter!? Louie is about 5.5 months old, and he weighs about 20-25 pounds. He was rescued from a home up North that was basically keeping him outside. But his new owner resident dog is not accepting him. Louie is friendly, happy, a sweet little guy that has lived with other dogs, cats and kids under 5 years old even. We were told his mother may have been a Bulldog/Boxer mix? And dad may have been a pitbull bulldog mix? Mother is more certain. He is on the road to being housetrained but still in the process of nailing it. Would someone out there like to foster little Louie? Or interested in adopting? Let us know! We think Louie would do best in a home where someone is home most of the time, at this young age. http://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms If you would like to learn more about this pup, please submit an interest form on our website:    https://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/ If you are viewing this listing on PETFINDER there is often MORE INFO ON and MORE PICS OF the animal DIRECTLY ON OUR WEBSITE. http://redemptionroadrescue.rescuegroups.org *Puppy adoption fees range from $450-$550 + Mn tax* redemptionroad.mn@gmail.com https://www.facebook.com/RedemptionRoadRescue  All animals fully vetted appropriate for age: DHPP vaccine, lepto vaccine, rabies vaccine, 4DX test (@8months or older),  microchipped with lifetime registration, dewormed, flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention.  *Since we typically don't know a rescue dogs actual genetics, their breed and estimated size when grown on their bio is just an educated guess based on information and observations we have.*  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 26, 2026, 10:48 pm

Story
Welcome Honey to CCPAL foster Program. Honey is a 3 year old Boxer mixed dog. She is potty trained. We think Honey survived the flood in Kerrville. A good samaritan has taken her in and is giving her good nutrition and love until we find her forever home. She was really scratched up and had a wound on her front left leg. She will be spayed soon and she is going to the vet again for a follow up on her leg. Our guess is it may have gotten broken and healed back on it’s own due to what she has gone through. She is good on a leash, very loving and bonds deeply. She lives with 5 cats right now but she is much too interested and we feel her best home would be without cats. She loves all people and no one is a stranger. She is good with dogs her size and is an energetic girl. Her best home would be with an active and ourdoorsy family that wants a great companion to join them in their outdoor fun. She is looking wonderful and filling out nicely in her new foster home. She lost some muscle around her bum area due to the length of time she was without food. Despite this, she would make an amazing family pet. She would love to be the only dog and be the center of her families attention. She weighs about 40 pounds and is a taller dog but medium weight. She is great in a car and would make a great dog in settings where lots of people are around. She is lower in shedding. She will be getting spayed soon and ready for her forever home. She is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Story
Hello, this is my dog Everest. She’s 4 years old, a bullypit. I’m looking for someone who will have the time to take care of her and give her the necessary things she needs to live a long happy life. Unfortunately I no longer have the funds to care for her. She was left to me by my ex and with me being a single mother to a 3 year old, I don’t have the time to care for her. Everest has a lot of energy, she loves the outdoors, she loves walks so I hope to find someone who will want to take her out and do a lot of things with her.

Story
Brisket is a 1 year an 10 month old that we adopted in October 2025. We adopted him from Ruff Start Rescue. He was a stray in Texas before going to Minnesota. It is unknown if he had owners before us. He loves to be outside, to cuddle and be around his humans. He loves to play fetch and laying on the grass catching some sun. His new family should have a backyard for him to explore and play in. He had four weeks of obedience training where he graduated. He knows sit, wait, place, name recall and stay. He is still working on his lease walking. He is very food motivated and a quick learner. He is house trained but may have accidents while he settles in. He has a kennel that he sleeps in each night. He uses his kennel as a relaxing and calm space rather than a negative one. Unfortunately, he and our other dog have started to not get along and has become unsafe for both of them. Aggression occurs where they needed to be separated. Brisket should be the only dog in the household. Cats ok

Story
Meet Finn, a Pit Bull born approx 12/2/24. Finn is a BIG, loyal boy with so much love (and kisses) to give. He is house trained and accustomed to a home with a fully fenced yard and an oversized dog door. Finn is also kennel trained, and his XL kennel can go with him to his forever home. Finn has had basic obedience training and would benefit from continued training to help build his confidence. He walks reasonably well on a leash, but due to his size, additional leash work will help him become an even better walking companion. He rides quietly in the car but can be nervous when getting in and during rides, so he’ll need a patient owner to help him feel more comfortable. At home, Finn is a wonderful mix of calm and cuddly, with bursts of playful energy. He loves attention and can get especially excited when meeting new people or after spending a few hours alone. Finn has been around both dogs and cats; he generally does well with other dogs but may be a bit too energetic for older or more laid-back companions. He may also chase cats. Finn enjoys durable chew toys like Nylabones and Benebones, and when he’s feeling anxious or bored, he has been known to sneak a shoe or two. Because of this, he’ll thrive in a home that provides structure, enrichment, and supervision. Finn would do best in a calmer environment with an experienced dog owner who can continue guiding him and build a strong, lasting bond. Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $425.00 Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.June 26, 2026, 8:35 pm
