Meet Puck! ❤️
If you’re looking for a loyal cuddle buddy, a gentle soul, and a dog who would happily be your copilot on every adventure, Puck might just be your perfect match!
Puck is an incredibly easy companion to welcome into your home. This sweet, affectionate boy is happiest when he’s close to his people, soaking up all the love he can get and giving plenty of kisses in return. While he’s quiet and well-behaved in his kennel, his favorite place is much closer to his humans—preferably curled up beside you on the couch, enjoying some serious cuddle time.
Puck has the most irresistibly big, fluffy, squishy face, and he absolutely LOVES having his cheeks rubbed. ❤️
His foster family has been pleasantly surprised by Puck’s lower energy level, especially considering his breed mix. An Embark DNA test revealed that Puck is an Australian Cattle Dog, Siberian Husky, and German Shepherd mix. Despite those active breeds, Puck isn’t currently interested in running around or playing with the other dogs in his foster home. Instead, you’ll usually find him happily lying near his humans, soaking up their company. He hasn’t shown much interest in toys either, although that may change as he continues to heal, settle in, and gain confidence in his new home.
He is currently living in a foster home with cats. His breed tends to have a higher prey drive and he has shown that, so he would do best in a home without cats.
Puck is still discovering the joys of food and treats and is gradually becoming more food- and bone-motivated. He already knows how to sit and is eager to learn more, especially when it means spending time with his favorite people. Like many happy dogs, he may occasionally jump up when he’s excited to see you, but it’s all out of love.
Puck also recently underwent TPLO surgery in July and is recovering incredibly well! He’s already walking on all four legs almost like nothing ever happened. Once he is fully recovered, he’ll be ready to enjoy all the walks, car rides, adventures, couch cuddles, and quality time his heart desires.
Puck may not be the dog who needs constant action or endless games of fetch. He may be the dog who simply wants to be near you—following you around the house, curling up beside you, riding along in the car, enjoying a good sniff on a walk, and reminding you just how wonderful it is to have a loyal friend by your side.
If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who will happily trade endless kisses, cuddles, and car rides, then Puck is ready to meet you. ❤️🐾

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs over 9 months), FIV/FeLV test (cats - one in the litter), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).
Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
