Hi, my name is Trinity and I am from Arkansas! From her foster: Trinity is VERY sweet and gentle, shy and loves to stick to one person (but warms up to others with some patience), is good with other dogs (low energy/non intrusive dogs would be best), is making lots of progress getting comfortable in her kennel, sleeps through the night in kennel, low energy right now (heart worm positive). We are working on potty training! She isn’t very sure what to do once she’s outside. I think her accidents inside are because she is a bit too uncomfortable outside to settle into a potty. I have recently been treated for heartworm disease. Treatment is 3-4 months long followed by a 6-8 week activity restriction. I have completed treatment, but will still need my activity restricted. My adoption can take place while I am on activity restriction. It will be very important that I am kept on year-round monthly heartworm prevention, which will need to be provided by my adoptive family. I will also need to be heartworm tested 9 months after my final treatment with my adopters primary veterinarian.
