Blue came to rescue after his owner passed away, and previously thrived as an only dog. Blue is currently becoming more comfortable with his foster’s dogs, but this is still a new experience for him. Her owner had been living in an assisted living facility, but after being transferred to long-term care, JJ is no longer able to stay there and now has nowhere to go. JJ is understandably very sad and confused as she adjusts to everything that has happened. She has been a loyal companion and is missing the comfort of her person. Despite the changes, she remains a very sweet and gentle dog. She is good with people, kids, and other dogs, making her a wonderful companion for many different types of families. JJ just needs a kind home where she can feel secure again and know she is loved. With a little time and reassurance, JJ will be a devoted and loving companion to the family who gives her a second chance. If you have previously applied with us please email placement@midwestanimalrescue.org to reactivate your application with new interest.All fees are subject to MN sales tax and a processing fee at the time of adoption. This cutie patootie is approximately 10 weeks old and is looking to be your new best friend!! He has received vaccinations, has been dewormed and just got neutered. He was found as a stray and was surrendered to our rescue. He is being fostered with other dogs and cats and is doing well with both. He would do best in an active household. Mikey is being fostered in Mississippi but included in your adoption fee is transport to a location near you by Rescue Riders Pet Transport, the most animal friendly transport on the road! Unfortunately, Bjorn was surrendered back to the rescue (which he was born through) due to failing health of his owner. Bjorn is a beautiful dog inside and out and is looking for his next home where he can retire his skills and be the loving devoted dog that he is. Bjorn is the most peaceful dog that has affection that has no boundaries. This dog can see through your soul.
