Honey is a fully trained, purebred Rhodesian Ridgeback who is looking for a new home where she can truly relax and thrive. After both of our female Ridgebacks had litters, they began to have serious conflicts. Although both are now spayed, the tension remains, and with a new baby in our home, we can no longer safely manage them together. When separated, Honey is an incredibly sweet and loving dog. She is gentle and patient with our baby, allows him to climb on her and tug her ears, and shows concern when he cries. She is e-collar trained, walks calmly right at your side, is leash trained, eager to please, and learns new tricks quickly. At just 2 years old, Honey is athletic and enjoys walks but is also content without them. She is fairly independent, does well with free feeding, and would thrive in a home where she feels safe and secure. We would love to meet potential adopters to ensure she’s the perfect fit for her new family.

Meet Fleece! Fleece recently came to us as a stray in pretty poor condition; underweight, urine stained, and terrified. Thankfully Fleece is a resilient guy and has opened up with staff. Once Fleece is comfortable with you he is a sweet, snuggly, maybe even playful pup. Fleece does well with other dogs, and having a confident dog at home may help to boost his confidence. She’s smart, protective, sometimes silly — and absolutely devoted once she bonds with you. Meet Chase! Chase came to us as a stray, in absolutely terrible condition. Emaciated and starving, with a necrotic tail full of maggots that needed to be amputated. Chase is now back to a healthy weight and sporting an adorable half tail. When we found Chase's owner, we were told that he had been missing over a month. Unfortunately Chase's owner did not to come reclaim him, and we are not sure why. He is the best boy! Chase spent quite some time in foster, and his foster family has lots of good things to say about him! He is potty trained, crate trained, and a big fan of toys! He loves to play with both people and other dogs, and would enjoy having another doggy playmate at home. Chase is a social butterfly and has loved every human he has met, he's always ready to make friends! Chase will need a home without cats. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet before taking Chase home.
