River is a purebred, AKC registered Dalmatian. He is 11 months old with his birthday coming up October 10th. River is the most intelligent pup with the best personality. It pains me deeply to be putting him up for adoption. He is extremely loyal and very attached to his humans. This pup absolutely loves to be close with you, cuddles all day. Very energetic and enjoys tug of war, chewing his bones, and playing at the dog park. He also rings the bell we attached to the door to let us know he has to go outside. He knows to sit, lay down, give his paw, and spin. The only thing we have yet to train him on is the leash. While we do walk him on the leash, he does pull and gets excited when he sees other dogs. If you stop walking he will sit beside you until you continue. River has been to doggy daycare twice for extended stays and has had absolutely no issues with behavior. He’s a happy, loyal and friendly pup who could really use a family that has the time to spend with him outdoors.

Louise and Thelma came in when they were posted on Facebook for free. The local shelter contacted us to see if we could bring them in to find them a safe home. They are bonded and will need to stay together. They would do best in a home with just the two of them. They are super cuddly and would be amazing Netflix binge watching partners! Ava is a wonderfully sweet girl. She came in as an owner surrender. She lost her front leg when she was hit by a car at a very young age. She is great with other dogs but does need quieter dogs as she can get overwhelmed by high energy dogs since she can't move very fast. She does have a thyroid condition and will need a home that can make sure she is getting her daily medication to keep it under control. She also needs to be kept on a strict diet to keep her from gaining any extra weight. with only one front leg she can't have any extra weight on those joints. She loves people and is quiet the cuddle bug. She lives with a 6yr old child and does great, she would do best in a home with older children due to her mobility challenges.
