We took him in about 4 years ago from a friend that had a litter. At the time we lived in the country. Unfortunately some stuff came up and we had to move to town. Now I've got no where to keep him. He is super sweet, and he has always been a good boy. We are sad to have to do this. But we have to let him go.

Story

Indy was brought home from the Franklin County animal shelter December 2023. She lived happily with my neighbors in their home with children. When the adults decided to separate in November 2025, neither person could take Indy. Instead of allowing them to take Indy to the shelter, we agreed to keep her and foster her until we found the right family for Indy. We cannot keep her because she chases our cats. She has never hurt them, but it isn't a safe environment for the cats. Indy loves our other dog, and children of all ages. She is cuddly, sweet and such a good dog!

Scout is a sweet boy with a big heart. He loves kids of all ages and plays so gently. He is dog friendly and enjoys playing at the dog park. No food aggression. He is crate trained and most times will lay in his crate with the door open and chew on his toys. He loves to cuddle and watch tv. He knows the commands of sit, leave it, and bed. He requires a fenced in yard. He is neutered, up to date on all vaccines and flea and tick prevention. He has not been cat tested.

She’s the kind of dog who learns quickly because she genuinely wants to make you happy. She loves to play fetch, enjoys being active, and then is perfectly content curling up nearby to relax. Lucy has a calm, loving presence and would thrive with someone who enjoys spending time with their dog — whether that’s playing outside, going for walks, or cozy evenings at home. Lucy would do best in a home where she can get regular activity, continued training, and lots of affection.

We acquired Poppy as a puppy shortly after her birth from the humane society. She is now 2 years old. She needs some space to run loves to go on walks. She is highly energetic. Loves to cuddle and loves to be in your lap. High strung coonhound mix and will sniff out anything. Would love to discuss our issues with anyone willing to listen. She has issues with being very protective of whomever she is with and is not good around cats. She does interact well with other dogs. She did fine at daycare when we would take her.
