Star needs a good home. She was abandoned and I didn’t have the heart to send her to pound. I had a couple of people interested in her but they were very sketchy. I’ve placed her on web sites people wanted me to drive hrs away. She is very easily trained and fast learner. She is house trained , she knows sit leave it , house, back, I just can’t afford her. She needs more than I can give her shots etc. she was spayed at human society. She’s approximately 6 months old. I was hoping to have found her a good home besides puppy jail at pound. She love to play with balls frezibies an trampoline

Story
I adopted Jolene from a kill shelter in 2021. She is now 7 years old. She is a very timid dog and so sweet. She came from a breeder that threw her out on the side of the road. She is very sweet but doesn't like being left alone for a long period of time. I work two jobs so I am unable to be with her for a long amount of time every day. She is very sweet. She loves to cuddle up and sleep but also loves to play. She very rarely barks and gets excited to meet strangers. She does get nervous around other dogs. I believe a home that has people there often and no other dogs would be great for her. She loves kids as well. I would love to keep her but unfortunately with how things are going I am unable to.

Meet Duke! Duke is a 4–5-year-old loving and affectionate boy looking for his forever home! He’s crate-trained, potty-trained, and takes treats like a true gentleman. Duke is incredibly smart and eager to please, making him a joy to have around. He is roughly 50 lbs and about knee height. With proper introductions, Duke is friendly with other dogs. His play style is rough and rowdy, but he responds well to commands when told it’s time to tone it down. Duke would thrive in a home with a submissive, tolerant dog companion or as the only dog, where he can soak up all the love and attention his people have to offer. Duke is neutered, up to date on all shots, and ready to become a cherished member of your family. His adoption fee is $300, which helps support Pawprints of Hope Rescue. Ready to meet Duke and give him the loving home he deserves? Let’s find this sweet, smart boy his perfect match!
