Story
We have had Ruby for about 3 yrs. This sweet girl is a 7-9 y.o. beagle x terrier/sharpei(? - purple tongue and kinked tail) mix. She came from a coworker’s divorce situation and formerly lived with 2 other dogs and 3 cats. When we brought her home, she did not get along well with our established dogs, leading to a minor altercation, but she seemed to still like cats. Over the last 3 yrs, she has had multiple wetting accidents in the house, sometimes even in her sleep. We are shampooing spots at least 1x a week. She has been checked out by a few different vets who cannot find anything wrong with her after multiple urinalysis, ultrasounds, and examinations - leading them and us to believe that it is a behavioral issue. She is food motivated and possessive of her bowl and has recently started going after our blind indoor cat - unprovoked. I believe she would be best suited for an active younger person/couple with no other pets. Sadly, we just cannot give her what she needs anymore.

Story
Lucy is the kind of dog everyone hopes to find—gentle, affectionate, and incredibly easy to love. Sweetest personality. Lucy is great with kids, dogs, and even cats. She’s fully house-trained, knows basic commands, walks well on a leash, and loves to be around her people. She loves car rides and playing frisbee. She’s the perfect mix of playful and snuggly—happy to go on walks or just curl up next to you. Lucy is: ✔️ Spayed ✔️ Up to date on all shots ✔️ Microchipped ✔️ Well-behaved and social She would do great in a home where she can get love, attention, and be part of the family. I’m including all of her supplies (crate, bed, leash, training collar, toys, etc.) to make the transition easy. 💰 Rehoming fee: $150 (negotiable for the right home) I am open to doing a trial to make sure it's a good fit for new family and Lucy. If not, I will happily take her back.
