Story
Bolt was born February 19, 2020 to his Siberian Husky mom Daisy. Based on looks and personality we think Bolt's dad was a Labrador Retriever. Bolt was adopted out but somehow ended up getting out, making his way to Oklahoma, and finding himself with a good samaritan who kept him safe until we could get him. There's not telling how long he was on the road by himself, but we're so glad he's now safe. We did try and find his original adopters but did not have any luck.  Even though he's been a street dog for a bit, Bolt gets along great with the dogs at his foster home and just wants love and attention. He loves to play, lounge on the bed, and is non-destructive - he's quite the package!  If you're interested in adopting Bolt, fill out an application at https://texashuskyrescue.org/apply-to-adopt/.  You can learn more about Bolt's journey at https://texashuskyrescue.org/2025/10/20/bolt-from-disney-puppy-to-the-incredible-journey/.  November 29, 2025, 10:36 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Petinua has a BIG personality and exceptionally silly. She loves to make you laugh and bring a smile to your face. Whenever you are down, Petinua is there to get you smiling again. If she was a person she would be doing stand up comedy with Kevin Hart. Petinua is a HUGE help in the kitchen. She sits and waits for you to drop something so she can quickly help you clean it up. Need a bowl clean, she's your girl. But watch her closely. Her nose gets her into trouble. She loves to counter surf and might help you clean off your counter without your consent. She is learning to NOT sounter surf and will need somone to continue to work with her on it.Petinua is still learning her manners. Her stubborn ways forces her to learn a little slower so she will need someone with a ton of patience to keep her on the path of being the best silly dog ever but with manners.Petinua is always down to play. She LOVES people and is the first to start the playing with her brother Dudley. Petinua doesn't know her own strenght and tends to knock small kiddos over when she gets super excited to see them. So use caution if you have small kids.Petinua is the opposite of her brother, Dudley. This bonded pair compliments one another in the best possible way. They will need to be adopted together. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 21, 2025, 5:03 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Dudley is a very chill kinda of guy, He is happy with a soft comfy couch that he can truly be completely lazy on. Want someone who will sit with you while you binge your favorite tv show without judgement, Dudley is your guy. From time to time when you think you;ve had enough sitting, Dudley will wander with you to the kitchen to grab more snacks, maybe play a little just to help you work off your previous snacks and then will happliy wander back to the couch to start another series.Dudley does well in a crate and other dogs. He is still working on his manners so a home with patience will be ideal. Dudley loves all people, so much so, that he tends to jump to show his exictement. A home with small kids will need to use caution just because of his jumping. Dudley came into the rescue with his sister Petunia. They are a bonded pair and will need to be adopted together.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 21, 2025, 5:03 pm
