Due to the pandemic I could not get my Aussie Shiba puppies to a veterinarian and ended up with way too many Aussie Shiba puppies. Buddy is a cross between a Miniature Australian Shepherd and a Shiba Inu and is between one and two years old. He is house trained and trained to ride in a car and walk without a leash. Miniature Australian Shepherds are a popular dog breed. They are smaller than full-size Australian Shepherds, weighing between 20–40 pounds and standing 13–18 inches tall at the shoulder. They are known for being smart, loyal, and good-natured, and are often good family dogs. The Aussie Shiba is a medium-sized mixed breed. This mixed breed will frequently inherit Merle or Tricolor patterning from their Aussie parentage, along with a fairly thick coat. They may naturally be born with a short tail; if not, their Shiba Inu heritage may give them a curled tail. The Aussie Shiba’s status as a crossbreed means that they’re unlikely to be found for adoption.

Princess is fun, warm and loves to talk. She is to be spayed, vaccinated and microchipped on the 18th. She is leash and leashless trained and loves to go on car rides, walks and to cuddle. She is a good-natured and loving Aussie Shiba, a cross between a Miniature Australian Shepherd and a Shiba Inu. The Aussie Shiba’s parent breeds come from unique backgrounds. The Australian Shepherd originated as a herding breed. Today, this breed often performs in agility competitions. They most often fit in best with an active family. Known today for its cuteness, Shiba Inus once hunted powerful game like wild boar. This breed also gained popularity through the “Doge” meme. The Aussie Shiba’s status as a crossbreed means that they’re unlikely to be found up for adoption. They are known for being smart, loyal, and good-natured. But because of the pandemic causing a dog surplus that filled shelters she is ready for a good home. The only reason I'm rehoming her is I have too many dogs.

Meet Shadow! She is a female German Shephard born November 13, 2017 who is looking for a special family who will work with her megaesogphagus which is a condition that requires her to eat pureed food from sitting up. Dogs with this condition can live long and productive lives and we expect Shadow to as well! She’s friendly with other dogs great with kids and being trained /raised by Mary with Service Peace Warriors. Shadow is a beautiful girl who is very shy but bonds strongly and quickly with 'her people'. Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, this dog will come to you from a foster home that has provided loving one-on-one attention, socialization and some basic training, as well as quality food and exercise. Born September 11, 2019, Lando is a male German Shepherd. He has megaesophagus so he does require eating and drinking upright in a Bailey chair but is able to just eat regular kibble while in his chair. He requires 20-30 minutes upright in his chair after eating each meal. Lando is a typical shepherd who bonds closely with his people. He currently lives with other dogs and older children. Once he warms up, Lando is very goofy and silly. We do require a fenced yard and breed experience for our German Shepherds. All dogs in adopters homes must be up to date on vaccinations and altered. Homes must have a 6ft secure fence and no children under 5. Like all Mikey's Chance dogs, this dog will come to you from a foster home that has provided loving one-on-one attention, socialization and some basic training, as well as quality food and exercise. Born February 2020, Eclipse is a male Lab mix who was born blind with a purely cosmetic cleft palate. He has no issues eating, drinking or getting around. Eclipse is going to make some family a great companion - he loves people and especially kids. Eclipse's favorite things are snuggling up right beside his person and accepting some much wanted belly rubs! He's currently 45 lbs. and is still growing. He does best with dogs at least his size and kids over the age of 8. Cats are unknown. Eclipse is fully vaccinated, neutered and micro chipped. We know that very special person or family is out there for Eclipse because he has a whole lotta life to live! He may be special needs (trust us, he doesn't know it!), however like any other puppy he just wants to have fun and show unconditional love and devotion to his family. A securely fenced yard is a must. All dogs in adopters homes must be up to date on vaccinations and altered. Homes must have a 6ft secure fence and no children under 5.
