He is a gentle dog that has shown his sweet disposition as he’s found that people are loving and treat him well. He is very friendly and loves to meet new people and is good with other dogs. He loves to play with his toys and enjoys the snow but his most favorite thing is just being near you. He will sit at your feet while you cook and get ready in the morning. He loves to cuddle up next to you on the couch. If he’s touching you or you’re touching him, he’s happy. He is crate trained and never whines. Some barking if he sees people outside but otherwise a very quiet dog. He has almost mastered potty training. I’d say we’re about 90% of the way there. He is very food motivated as he is still underweight. He is very smart and picks up on new tricks quickly and obeys commands pretty well. He would make a great addition to anyone’s family, big or small.

Welcome Diamond to CCPAL Rescue. Diamond is a 3-year old GSD with really beautiful traditional looks. She is black and tan and weighs about 80 pounds. She is a tall girl and looks to be a good weight. She is good with other dogs and she loves her kennel. She is a timid girl but she does look like a formidable force. She bonds deeply and is a smart girl. She already has bonded to the kennel workers who are female. She knows sit and some hand commands and is decent on a leash. She is potty trained and good in a car. She would be great with someone that knows the breed. She is moderately active and not extremely confident. She will be a wonderful companion dog and would be good with children. We like them to be 8 or older. She is currently spayed and vaccinated. She is healthy and looking for her forever home. Truth be told, I am afraid of pretty much everything in this enormous world from commotion to loud noises like thunderstorms so a fenced yard is a must. Additionally, I am looking for a VERY special fur-ever family who is lovingly patient and will NEVER give up on me! I have not met any cats or kids, but I am good with other dogs and will need another large dog who will help me feel comfortable and secure! I don’t play much but I’m a smart girl who knows what “go potty” means and I’m potty & leash trained. As for the kennel/crate, foster mom doesn’t put me in that cave because I am an amazingly good girl who simply lays in her bedroom, she can even shut the door if she wants to because I feel safe in there. She is very smart and learns quickly. She is more out going than her 2 litter mates. Loves to cuddle and get belly rubs. Very sweet little girl. Getting good at using pee pads. Sleeps in dog bed next to my bed. 12/8/25 Update: 1 Blue eye…I call her Blue. She always wants to cuddle up against your head…even at night. It is sooo sweet. Uses dog door on her own to go outside and poop. Uses pee pads in house. Love to play with my 2 yr old English Bulldog. She is smart, beautiful, playful and loves everyone. She looks like a tiny bear cub, and when she’s cuddled in your arms she gives the biggest sweetest bear hugs that melt your heart. Siera is potty trained, sleeps soundly through the night, and is quickly learning her basic commands. She loves being outside, running around the yard, and proudly carrying the biggest stick she can find. She’s doing great on daily walks, enjoys being on her leash, and is learning not to pull.
