Grayson is a big, white hunk of love! He is the biggest love bug and cuddly boy you will ever meet. He is a licking machine and will try to give you kisses any chance he gets. And don’t be deceived by his size, all 73 lbs. of this affectionate boxer boy loves to cuddle and act like he’s small enough to be a lap dog. He will play ball, go for walks/hikes, jog with you, or play in the backyard. He’s also a chill boy in the house and will lay in his bed or cuddle with you in yours. He can be active outside and mellow inside, best of both worlds! He loves going on outings and gets excited to go for car rides. Grayson is the ultimate adventure buddy and is always up for anything! Grayson does get a little anxious when left alone and would prefer someone who can hangout with him most of the day and take him on fun adventures! He is very food motivated so you cannot leave him unattended in a room with food or he will find it (and eat it lol)! Grayson loves all people, including kids, and would be a great addition to any family. He can be jumpy when he gets excited, so dog savvy children would be better for him. Grayson does get along with some dogs but can be reactive with others. He is mostly reactive when on the leash but if out in a yard he is very playful and friendly with dogs. We have found that he is great with small dogs male or female! He is a very good playmate and friend to the resident small female dog that lives with him. He can be selective when it comes to bigger male dogs. Overall, Grayson could thrive in a home without other dogs, with small dogs, with dogs who are submissive, or as an only dog. Honey is such a sweetheart and very calm inside the house. She loves to cuddle. She is extremely patient with kids/babies and other puppies/smaller dogs. She is used to sleeping and resting on her bed. I found Honey lost on the side of the road, nothing but farmland for miles. It took her a week to get used to my male doberman and they were great companions until he passed. Now, our other dog Jet and Honey get along so well and rely on each other for emotional support. They go everywhere together and are always by each other’s side. Honey will react out of fear towards other dogs on a walk by biting the leash and is dog selective with dogs we allow her to meet. She walks great if she doesn’t see other dogs. We believe with proper training and care, she’ll be less reactive and more confident outside the house. We’re heartbroken to see them go, but with work, moving, and growing our family, we just don’t have time or space to give them the attention and care they need and deserve.
