All DPS Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea/tick treated, and microchipped prior to adoption. Adoption fee: $650 Meet the Summer Sips Puppies! Four refreshing little reasons to fall in love. Born in the shelter but raised the safety of our rescue to adorable Mama Sunny D, a petite, low-rider Pittie mix, the Summer Sips puppies have spent their entire lives surrounded by love, good care, and plenty of opportunities to grow into confident, happy little pups. Now, at just 8 weeks old and weighing around 8–10 pounds (with one extra petite little sister!), they're ready to trade the nursery for forever homes. Their days begin bright and early around 7 a.m. with a potty break outside before digging into their favorite Nulo puppy breakfast. Since growing puppies work up quite an appetite, they enjoy meals every 3–4 hours throughout the day before spending their time doing what puppies do best: playing, wrestling, exploring, collecting toys, greeting visitors, and occasionally crashing for an adorable nap. They spend their days roaming the barn with plenty of enrichment and have been raised alongside adult dogs and cats, making them respectful little housemates in the making. By about 9 p.m., everyone is happily tucked into bed after another adventure-filled day. Like any great mixed drink menu, each puppy has their own unique flavor! Kool-Aid The Life of the Party If there's a welcoming committee, Kool-Aid is leading it. One of the confident boys, Kool-Aid is always among the first to greet new people with a wagging tail and endless enthusiasm. He's playful, outgoing, and loves romping with his siblings until everyone is happily exhausted. After a good wrestling match, he's just as happy climbing into your lap for a little affection before heading off for his next adventure. He's the perfect combination of fun-loving puppy energy and affectionate cuddle buddy. Hi-C Big Heart, Big Paws, Big Personality Hi-C is the largest puppy in the litter, tipping the scales at about 10 pounds— and somehow every ounce of him is sweetness. He's a sturdy little guy with a playful spirit and endless confidence. Whether he's chasing toys, tumbling with his siblings, or making new human friends, Hi-C approaches everything with joy. Like his brother, he's one of the first to say hello when visitors arrive and loves being right in the middle of the action. If you're looking for a puppy who's equal parts goofy playmate and loyal best friend, Hi-C is ready for the job. Capri Sun The Sweet, Easygoing One Every litter has that puppy who quietly charms everyone—and that's Capri Sun. She has a calm, gentle personality that makes her wonderfully easy to be around. While she enjoys playing with her siblings, toys, and people, she's perfectly content letting everyone else steal the spotlight while she happily joins the fun at her own pace. Capri Sun has a thoughtful, laid-back nature that makes her an easy companion. She enjoys affection without demanding constant attention and is happiest simply being included in whatever the family is doing. Tang Tiny Package, Extra Sweetness Don't let her petite size fool you— Tang has enough love packed into her little 6.9-pound body to fill a whole pitcher. The smallest puppy in the litter, Tang is a gentle, precious girl who enjoys playing with her siblings before happily curling up for an early nap wrapped snugly in a cozy blanket. She has an especially soft, affectionate personality and will let out the cutest little whines when she's hoping for a cuddle. She can be a bit more timid than her brothers, but once she feels safe, her sweet nature shines. Tang would love a family who appreciates puppy snuggles just as much as puppy zoomies.
