Energetic, loving, and goofy 9-year-old Ella is super sweet but needs a family with an experienced dog owner. A little under 2ft tall and 40 lbs, she's sleek and muscular. Ella is fully house-trained and very patient with the three cats she lives with. She's never lived with kids but is generally chill with the children in the neighborhood.   She loves her toys, playing fetch, tug of war games, following you around the house, and of course, napping. Ella wants to be involved in whatever you're doing and is alert to someone coming to the door. She is highly food motivated, Ella picks up new tricks quickly but can be stubborn and easily distracted, so she needs lots of consistent positive reinforcement to maintain behavioral changes. She has many opinions and she will let you know about them.   Ella also plays well with other dogs, although sometimes she has issues with dogs larger than she is, but is good at de-escalating potential conflicts. Ella really loves company so if her new people are gone for a full work day she will need a canine companion. She's leash trained and always excited to jump in the car to visit the park. Hello everyone, I rescued Bacon from a high-kill shelter in LA where he was on the euthanasia list. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks of getting him, I discovered I’m severely allergic to him and would like to find him a new, loving forever home. Bacon is an incredibly loyal, gentle, loving soul ever. He is super friendly and loves cuddles. He would be a little bit shy at strangers first but warm up quickly. He enjoys belly rubs and going for walks but he’s also happy to snuggle on the couch. He’s always by your side and will be your shadow. You will never feel alone because he’ll stick to you like glue and always wants to be touching you in some small way at least. He knows basic commands such as Sit, Leave in, his name, Stay, break,... He’s also calm and not leash-reactive, but still needs more structure since he gets distracted easily. We’re working on his separation anxiety and he should be crate-trained until becoming familiar with the new house. He still needs to be potty trained.
