Cheeto is a 13, going on 14 year old Boxer/ Pug mix that was adopted when he was 1 year old. He's super cuddly and loves being by your side whenever possible. He does well with other dogs, no current or past problems with dogs or with cats, he currently has a brother and sister that are of the feline species and has been around kids of all ages his whole life. He enjoys walks but with his age, this is not something that needs to happen everyday. He is up to date on all of his shots and was neutered when he was a pup. He does have a few lumps and bumps but they have all been considered benign by his Vet. It is getting harder for him to get up and down stairs but he is still attempting to race up and down them every time. His perfect home would be with someone who is home most of the day and can let him outside when he needs. With his age, he is not able to hold his bladder as well but he is house trained since he was a pup. He is the perfect option for someone looking for a companion.

Nino is a friendly, loving 1 yo boxer mix. He is fully house-trained and can use a dog door. He knows how to sit and takes treats extremely politely. He loves approaching you for attention and often sits/sleeps nearby or against you. He gets along very well with other dogs and is simply curious about cats. He has done well in a crate. He rarely makes any noise, saving it for when other companion dogs start barking. He does well in the car and on walks (no leash pulling at all). He would be a great addition to any home. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Maggie is a very sweet, young girl, she is maybe Boxer/Lab/maybe some Terrier or pit? We aren't sure! We just know what a sweetheart she is! Maggie is fun loving, sweet and puppy like. She is very responsive and wants to do whatever you are doing! If you get up Maggie wonders where you are going? Time to go outside? Awesome! Maggie is right there with ya! Maggie is good with other dogs, but older dogs may not want to engage with her zippy play. Maggie is good with kids, but can ramp up the energy and jump up or on kids with enthusiasm, but this might be too much for little kids, older kids would do better. Maggie is about 1 year old and is about 45 lbs. Maggie came to us pretty green and is still learning house manners and social manners in the sense that she sometimes doesn't see boundaries! She will paw at you or put her arms/paws up on you when excited but we are working on teaching her better manners. She can ramp up her energy pretty intently when chasing another dog or just getting excited outside. Maggie can live with cats, but she sometimes tries to play and if you have a cat that doesn't want to be bothered, Maggie might not be a good fit. Maggie would do best in a home that knows how important it is meet a dog's exercise needs, get her out for walks, or better yet, dog parks or hikes. We do think she will be a dog that will be trustworthy off leash for hikes and camping and boating and things like that. She always wants to be where her humans are and she is very responsive when you call her. Maggie could be your "ride or die" kind of girl! She's up for about anything and would love an adventurous life style! She also loves to sleep in the bed and is a good girl, sleeping off to the side and not disturbing sleep. Meet Dutch, a stocky little hippo in dog form who is 100% convinced she was put on this earth to see ALL THE THINGS—and preferably as quickly as possible! This confident, enthusiastic girl walked into foster care like she owned the place and hasn’t looked back. She’s friendly, wiggly, loves everyone, and has never met a lap she didn’t want to climb into. Dutch is smart, strong, and FULL of personality. She’s potty trained, knows “sit” and “kennel,” takes treats politely, rides beautifully in the car, and can happily hang out in her kennel with a good chew while you’re away. She’s also been doing great in a home with several lower-energy dogs, although she’d love a canine buddy who can safely match her enthusiasm. Because she can be a little too enthusiastic about chasing smaller dogs, a home without small dogs is recommended for now. Dutch is also an enthusiastic alarm barker. When she sees something exciting—or someone she thinks might be a potential new best friend—she can make sure the entire neighborhood knows about it! Her big bark and excited wiggles might look intimidating to someone who doesn’t know dogs, but underneath it all, she’s usually just saying, “HI! ARE WE FRIENDS YET?!” She does settle quickly with direction, though. While at work with her foster, she was able to sit quietly and behave while her foster talked with a customer and was completely relaxed again in no time. Because of her vocal enthusiasm, a home without shared walls would likely be the best fit. This girl has energy to spare! Walks are still a work in progress—when Dutch gets going, that little tank can pull! She’ll need a family who enjoys training and wants to give her plenty of physical and mental outlets. Adventures, hikes, learning new skills, and maybe even some appropriate pulling activities could be right up her alley. Dutch is working on her manners, especially keeping all four feet on the floor. She adores her people and is absolutely convinced that personal space is optional. She’s been wonderful with her foster’s 8-year-old, but because she doesn’t quite realize how solid she is, a home with older kids is recommended. And then there’s her face. Those wrinkles, those expressions, and the occasional lip stuck on her teeth will keep you laughing. 😂 Dutch may be built like a tank, but underneath all that muscle is a very sweet girl who is simply thrilled to be out of the impound and back in a home. Dutch is looking for a confident, committed human who will give her clear boundaries, continued training, and plenty of opportunities to put her big personality and endless enthusiasm to work. She’s a sponge ready to learn—and she’s going to make one lucky family smile every single day!
