Story

We've had Brutie since he was a couple months old. A family member took in his sisters from a litter of pups that someone was giving away. He will be one year old at the end of January. We've loved watching him grow into the wonderful companion he is today but we're needing to rehome him due to job change. Brutie is very smart, treat motivated, playful, loyal, affectionate, gentle, curious, and loves, going for walks, especially in the snow. He loves playing fetch, chewing his Kong, but really loves cuddling on the couch. As we search for a new home for Brutie, we're looking for a place where he can feel safe, loved, and cared for. He thrives in an environment with space to play but honestly, is just happy to be close to his humans. We hope to find a family or individual who will adore him as much as we do and continue giving him the best life possible!

Story

We got Stanley 3 years ago from a farm in Minnesota. He is a miniature Austrian Shepherd. He is loving and has a sweet personality. Some words to describe him would be playful, energetic, and smart. He is always up for playing and going for walks. We would like Stanley's new home to have space for him to run and play. He loves to sit outside, even in the cold, but at the same time, he enjoys being around his people. If trained, we think Stanley would really enjoy agility work. He is a working dog and loves to please. Recently he has barked at people in what could be an aggressive tone. We know that due to our busy lives Stanley has not received the attention and exercise he needs which more than likely is the cause of his aggressive barking. Please know Stanley has never bitten anyone. I hope we can find Stanley a better home. One where he can have the attention he needs, to play ball, go for walks, and get some love.

Meet Marti! Marti is a 5 year old, neutered, double merle, male, who came to us almost completely feral. He is a slightly pudgy 40 pounds, crate trained, house broke (but still leaks a little urine when sleeping although we haven't tried medication for that yet as it has been improving). As he is double merle he has some vision issues as well. Marti will need a very special owner that is willing to give him plenty of time to learn to trust. At his foster home Marti gets along with other dogs, is great with cats, and walks off leash in a rural setting. Marti is that lower energy aussie everyone's looking for and would like a quiet home. Marti will need more training in cooperative Care which his foster is working on and is easy to implement. UPDATED BIO - Dodger is a year old neutered Red Tri Aussie with lots of copper and a white blaze on his chest. Dodger's history is unknown - he was a stray that had to be live trapped. Dodger loves his people and other dogs but is somewhat nervous in new environments. Like most dogs, once he realizes he's in a safe place he becomes very outgoing and bouncy! Dodger would do really well with another dog to play with. Even though Dodger could jump a shorter fence, he made no attempt to in one of his foster homes, always staying close to his foster Mom. A fenced yard would be beneficial, though, as Dodger hasn't had enough walks yet to realize how fun they are, and his history of running makes him a flight risk.
