**Meet NELSON on Saturday, June 20th from 10 am to 1 pm at Dublin Petsmart west, 6960 Amador Plaza Rd.** NELSON is a very sweet, young adult who is enjoying his foster home. He looks forward to daily walks with neighborhood dogs and their families. He bonds nicely with people and does very well having a special person who is home often. NELSON is 2-years-old, a medium-size, mixed breed with a shiny black, feathery coat and white markings on his chest and feet. He is quite adorable, and a nice, manageable size at 26 pounds. He is smart and knows some commands, and is house and crate trained. He is already neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. A good match for NELSON is an adult family with a calm home environment and a low-key lifestyle. Zoey is an enthusiastically friendly four year old medium sized dog who is likely some kind of terrier mix. She's not shy at all with new people and is very energetic- she doesn't necessarily need someone very experienced with dogs but does need someone who can regularly exercise her more strenuously than simple walks. She seems to understand the concept of fetch and loves playing with toys. She gets along with the two dogs she currently lives with but it is unknown how well she would interact with cats. She's very cuddly and loves attention! Her human passed away and had no known relatives so she needs a new forever home. She's very attentive to the humans around her and seems to be constantly looking for a job to do so she would probably do well with agility training or as a running buddy or farm/ranch companion. Tari and her siblings arrived at our shelter on 4/21/26. They started off a bit shy, but so sweet and wanting to be brave! With love and care from our dedicated volunteers, they have gained confidence, and are happy, playful, fun puppies! Like all puppies, they will still need patience and training as they continue to learn and grow. They seem interested in meeting and playing with other dogs, so may be good candidates for adopters who already have another dog at home, provided it's a good match. Interested parties with existing dogs will be asked to bring them for an introduction prior to adoption. They are about 6 1/2 months old now, and Tari currently weighs about 34 pounds. They have been vaccinated, spayed, and micro-chipped, so they're all ready to go home right away! Her adoption fee is $35, plus licensing (if applicable). We have covered the cost of her spay surgery!
