Story
Delilah is a spunky, high energy six month-old puppy. We rescued her from a shelter when she was 2 months old. We’ve provided her with an attentive and loving home and up-to-date vet care. She is healthy, super smart, house trained, crate trained, affectionate and will thrive with consistent activity, training and opportunities to use her working-dog skills. She appears to have strong border collie/shepherd traits possibly McNab (reactive to movement, high energy, focused, athletic, mouthy, ready to herd). She needs strong, consistent training and a “job” (farm life?) or lots of active adventures.

Story
Luna is a mixed breed (likely German Shepherd mixed with collie?) who is energetic, sweet and responsive to training. We want to ensure she finds a home that’s a strong match for her needs and personality, someone who will be able to provide the level of training and outlets for energy that she needs. Luna thrives when she has consistent supervision, engagement, and interaction. She has had a few biting incidents; while the skin was not broken in any case, both we and our trainers believe these were driven by her herding instincts and a desire to play. We’ve invested significantly in her training, including a recent five-week intensive program. Those trainers are willing to work with the new owners to help understand the training protocols that work best for her. We care deeply about Luna and want to make sure this transition is handled as thoughtfully and responsibly as possible.

Story
Brody is a just-over-1-year-old, medium- sized male mixed breed who still very much acts like a puppy. Brody is a happy, playful guy with a big smile and an even bigger zest for life. He has an energetic, fun-loving personality and brings a joyful, goofy spirit to everything he does. Brody is affectionate and eager to connect, often bouncing into your day with enthusiasm and a wagging tail. He’s the kind of dog who keeps you laughing and on your toes in the best way. Brody enjoys playtime, exploring, and being active, and he’ll thrive with regular exercise and engagement. Like many young dogs, he’s still learning how to channel his energy in positive ways. He is friendly and social, and will benefit from continued positive interactions with people and other dogs to help build his confidence and manners. Brody is still learning his puppy basics, including impulse control and training, and will do best with consistency, structure, and positive reinforcement. He would thrive in an active home ready for a young, playful dog and committed to continuing his training and development. If you’re looking for a fun, energetic companion to grow with, come meet Brody and see if he’s your perfect match.

Frida would do best in a home with low activity. She loves her adventures outside.. going on walks and hikes, but while in her home Frida would like it to be peaceful and low energy. She would do best with another dog in the home and no with no small children or small animals. Frida is a sweetheart, but she scares easily. A more mellow home with less traffic would help her feel safer. If you have any questions or if you would like to set up an appointment to meet Frida please call 707-459-4900.

Story
Banks is a high energy, lovable, 3-legged Border Heeler. He loves people, other dogs, and he LOVES balls. He is an expert at catch, loves to run, and loves to cuddle with his humans. When Banks was 2 years old, he lost one of his rear legs to an accident. However, it did not slow him down or dampen his spirits. All of these amazing qualities also make it extremely hard for him to live in our family home with our young child. We are now expecting our second child, and we cannot keep up with Banks' needs. We want to find him a forever home where he can get plenty of exercise and be happy and cared for properly. Here are some elements to a great forever home for Banks: - No young children - Access to a large outdoor space (maybe a farm?!) - A dedicated adult(s) that can maintain his training and exercise (no adults with traditional jobs where Banks would have extended time alone) - Someone with experience with Border Heelers or other working dogs - An experienced dog trainer

Story
if you love lots of kisses , Luna is the best . She is a sweet girl and loves deeply . Howeverat 5-7 months, she had behavioral issues from being pretty fearful of life around her.Luna is really sweet and wonderful when she gets adjusted to her environment; however, we have been struggling with getting her comfortable with being around other people. She had been lacking in socialization with other dogs and people. She is scared of other dogs occasionally and really bad with people; she barks at anyone who comes near her. She is quite verbal, we are currently working with a trainer whom she has been comfortable with, and she is doing better at not barking from a distance. However, she is quite stubborn and does not always listen which is normal for a 2-year-old girl. I have no doubts she can be trained, but I don’t believe I can give her the proper environment she deserves. She is sweet, loving, and kind, and very misunderstood with her barking issues.

True to his breed, Boi Boi is incredibly intelligent and thrives when his mind and body are both engaged. He’s the kind of dog who will happily go, go, go—and then flop down in your lap, reminding you that underneath all that drive is a deeply affectionate, people-loving pup.
