Zoey is an enthusiastically friendly four year old medium sized dog who is likely some kind of terrier mix. She's not shy at all with new people and is very energetic- she doesn't necessarily need someone very experienced with dogs but does need someone who can regularly exercise her more strenuously than simple walks. She seems to understand the concept of fetch and loves playing with toys. She gets along with the two dogs she currently lives with but it is unknown how well she would interact with cats. She's very cuddly and loves attention! Her human passed away and had no known relatives so she needs a new forever home. She's very attentive to the humans around her and seems to be constantly looking for a job to do so she would probably do well with agility training or as a running buddy or farm/ranch companion. We are helping Zoey's current guardian to rehome her. Please fill out our online application and we will forward to them. Adoption fee would be minimum $100 donation to Furry Friends Rescue. Samson and Goliath were rescued from a distant shelter. Their mom BC mix was abandoned and taken to the shelter where she gave birth to 9 puppies on day 2 on 3/9/26. Mom was nervous. Dad is unknown but maybe an Aussie mix. A rescue person took them in and mom nursed and cared for her puppies. Great mom. All healthy and playful. Puppies are now 8 weeks old and 2 pups came to us to start puppy home training and socialization. Puppies are both very sweet and friendly. They just got their first vet exam vaccinations deworm and microchip. They are now relaxing and learning at their foster homes. We will see more of their breed type personality soon. If more border collie they will need some future fun dog sport and training. Border Collie & Aussies are smart but will need a job or activity when adults. Both pups are super adorable. Playful smart and eager to learn. They are healthy been in home quarantine after first vaccines and now need new foster homes or adopters for one on one training and socials.June 2, 2026, 1:29 pm

His DNA test is a mix of many breed types. Mostly Husky Cattle dog and Terrier. What a unique mix! 1/27/25: Urgent. Romeo needs a new foster home or foster to adoption home. His adopter from March 2021 have a toddler that Romeo is fearful of and now they are expecting a 2nd baby and move to a new house. Romeo needs a adult home and older kids are fine. He loves his walks and lounging at home with his family. Sad they need to rehome him after almost 4 years. They do not want to keep him sep with baby gate since he wants to be near them. 8/5/24 Poor Romeo now needs a new adult forever home. His current home adopted him March 2021 but they now they have a new baby that is crawling. Romeo did well with new baby-dog training with a trainer but recently he guarded his toy from the toddler when she tried to pick up. He did a correction nip to her heel but no injury. He was correcting her like another dog. The couple have set up baby gates and following the trainer's tips but feel it would best if he can be rehomed to adult or older kid home. He loves his daily walks. Prefers to be the only dog at home. Romeo has been thru training. Been eating healthy fresh food mix to his kibble. Up to date with his annual vet care. 4/5/25 Romeo (Koji) is boarding with a trainer. He bonds to person and loves petting and being brushed. He wants to follow and be with the person. He can climb a 8 ft chain link fence in just a minute or so if left alone. He will try to do this to follow person. Prefer to be inside home with person and be your BFF. Original updates from 2021 below: We rescued Romeo from a distant shelter. He was found with metal cable line tied to his collar. He is Sandy's brother who we rescued last week. Romeo arrived at the shelter days later. The shelter was closed Friday to Monday so he was very happy to get out of his kennel on 2/16/21. He is very friendly wiggly happy and a sweetie. Was calm riding in the car with a car safety harness. Great with other dogs. He did great at his vet exam. Like Sandy everyone adores him. Romeo is already doing great at his foster home with another dog at home. Loved his long walk. His foster home is active and will hike/jog him daily for 3-5 miles. Romeo will love healthy foods/treats home training dog friends daily exercise and TLC. We are not sure of his breed mix but has both Husky and Jindo qualities. Romeo has a fluffy tail and very soft coat. Romeo will not be ready for about 2 weeks or more while he settles at his foster home and we try to line up his neuter surgery. He will need an experienced and active guardian. No cats since he does want to chase cats on walks. Romeo has adjusted quickly to his foster home. He is very loving and full of energy.. He will definitely need an active family and daily exercise. We are working on fetch and he’s almost got it down! Loves squeaky toys and tennis balls. He loves to give cuddles and is a very sweet boy. Sometimes he can be a bit unaware of his own size and strength but he is still young. He needs a lot of training to be a better walker. The pulling on walks can be an issue but nothing proper training can’t solve. We are working on potty training. Once he gets neutered that will help with the marking problem. He most likely would not do well in a home with younger children because he is a bit clumsy and still does the puppy biting thing (Understandable because he is still young). No children under 10 years. Despite his size Romeo is a really good lap dog who loves belly rubs and cuddles. He does just fine with other dogs of all sizes. As far as cats he seems triggered by cats on our walks. I don’t know how he would do in a home with a cat. He sleeps comfortably in the crate at night and doesn't seem to mind it.March 7, 2026, 12:25 pm

Linus is part of Charlie Brown Litter. Holly mom is French Bull Dog /Boston Terrier mix. 2/16/24 DNA test results: Dad was a Cattle Dog 40% and 9% Border Collie. They should be medium size adults and smart. Holly was abandoned at a distant shelter and was very pregnant. Linus' DOB: 12/1/23. Once we rescued Holly and she arrived at her foster home within 2 hours she went into labor and gave birth to 5 puppies. 2 girls and 3 boys. Whew! Just in time. All the pups and mom did great at their foster home. Home raised healthy lovable and social. The 5 pups are now learning at their next foster home for puppy training. All are playful snuggly and lovable. We do not know what they are mixed with. They seem larger than Frenchie pups and have tails. We will start to review applications Jan 20th. Puppies will be 8 weeks old on Jan. 27th and will get their first vaccinations and deworm. Need home with attached backyard. More info. to come on each puppy's personality. 1/24/24 Update: The 3 boys are fairly similar all playful and slower than the girls. Linus and Snoopy are a little more timid but get more playful when riled up by Brody. All love attention and to be held. They all did very well getting their first shots and these puppies are extremely smart and well behaved for such young puppies. They are learning sit and not to bite and are all doing very very well. They will make wonderful family pets for someone. Their temperament is fantastic gentle playful and sweet. 2/9/24 Update 10 weeks old: Patty is definitely the smallest with smallest paws. Snoopy and Linus are about the same size 12 pounds and Patty is 10 lbs.. I think they will be medium sized dogs. Snoopy and Linus are slower and calmer. Patty is spunky and more independent and curious and a little more Frenchie personality . All learning crate training. Few accidents on pee pads now. They will hold to go out to backyard for potty biz. 3/1/25 Update: Linus is older kid friendly. He loves to get cuddles and loves belly rubs. He poops and pees in backyard. He likes to play with his brother Charlie. They enjoy running and playing with each other. He likes to go for a walk. He is trained to be in a crate to sleep. Able to understand instructions: come sit walk wait walk with me. In English and Hindi. Linus loves all varieties of dog friendly fruits and vegetables. Loves long drives. Basically he just loves to stay with family. Need experienced guardian to guide him. 5/2/25 Update: Linus needs and wants routine home. He gets very nervous with change. At his foster boarding home and trainer after a day or two he is great with large dogs and they run/play. However he is reactive to new incoming dogs into their home. He does fine on walks and did fine at our showcases with new people and other dogs. 7/11/25 Foster Home Update: Linus needs a new foster home due to previous foster home's travels. He is now in a boarding/training foster home as we search for adopter or foster to adopter. He is smart and learning all commands. He is social friendly and great with all dogs and people. Lovable and very sweet once he adjusts. Loves running and playing with the adult big dogs and teen pups. Prefers to have someone around. Did great with vet exam and everyone adores him. CATS: Tama vet has an office cat that has walked around him and he didn’t seem to care.June 2, 2026, 1:29 pm
