He is a very sweet dog usually always has a toy in his mouth. Playful and loves attention. He has always been out of a cage since we got him. Unfortunately we have to make a huge decision that we have given lots of thought to and we are moving out of state and cannot take him. Looking for a forever home that will give him the love and attention he deserves. He is great with kids and other animals.

Story
🎤 FINALLY... DASH HAS ARRIVED. 🎤 Meet Dash, the four-legged, fur-covered action star who just rolled into the Richland County Dog Shelter on 7/21/25. At around 2 years old, this handsome heavyweight has energy for days, muscles for miles, and charm that cannot be contained by a kennel. Dash is what happens when you mix equal parts raw power, good looks, and a deep love for squeaky toys. He’s strong. He’s fast. He’s got a jawline (and by that we mean adorable snout) that belongs on a movie poster. And yes—he knows it. Tennis balls? Loves ‘em. Treats? Will do literally anything for ‘em. Photos? Oh, you better believe this dog smolders. He’s got the kind of look that says, “Adopt me now, jabroni,” and you will—because your heart won't be able to resist the People’s Pup. He does have a bit of an independent streak—he’s not here to be micromanaged. He’s a free thinker. A bold spirit. A dog who wakes up every morning, looks in the mirror, and says, “Can you smell what Dash is cookin’?” (It’s bacon-flavored, probably.) 💪 Dash is available now at: Richland County Dog Shelter 📍 Mansfield, OH 📞 419-774-5892 📧 Request an application at: dogs@richlandcountyoh.gov So go ahead. Raise that eyebrow. Flex that adoption muscle. And come meet Dash… IF YA SMELL-LA-LA-LA WHAT THIS GOOD BOY IS COOKIN’.

🎭 “A DOG BY ANY OTHER NAME WOULD BE AS SWEET…” 🎭 ENTER: MERCUTIO Thou noble stray, discovered upon the eleventh day of March in the year 2025. Estimated age? A modest six winters, though his lively spirit declares otherwise. Behold, Mercutio—a gallant and affectionate gentleman whose heart o’erflows with joy. His kisses, sweet as honeyed prose. His company? A comedy, a romance, and a tragedy not to adopt him—all in one act. 💉 Health: ✅ Neutered ✅ Heartworm & Lyme negative ✅ Current on his rabies vaccine 🏆 Fit to join the royal court (or a comfy couch near thee) 📍 Now residing at the Richland County Dog Shelter, Mansfield, OH 📞 To speak with the keepers of this noble beast: 419-774-5892 📧 Or request thy scroll of application via dogs@richlandcountyoh.gov "Parting is such sweet sorrow," said Juliet.
