Story
Kyda is a 5 year old pure bread Siberian Husky. Her birthdate is 9/29/20. I got her from someone I went to high school with. She is potty trained, knows the commands sit, lay down, spin, high five, shake, it’s bed time, and stay. She is crate trained and finds comfort in her crate. She has been around young children all her life. We have boarded her when we have been out of town

Story
Meet Garver - a playful, quiet boy ready for his forever home. Garver has been a wonderful companion from the moment he came into his foster’s home. He pairs the yin with the yang– playful and curious with quiet observation and companionship. He was listed as 9 years old while he was at the Knox Co Dog Shelter. Garver is mostly white with a red-brindle face, one brown eye and one blue eye. He is also polydactyl, meaning he has an extra digit on both back feet! Garver is inquisitive and likes to be where the action is happening. He plays the role of the careful observer and only steps in when he thinks it’s safe. His medium energy level makes him able to engage with you or play alone with toys and also content to receive affection snuggled by your side or lie in his bed while you work. He enjoys being outside and will spend time exploring his yard, quietly checking on the neighbor’s activities. He is a trusting soul who enjoys meeting new people and dogs, both male and female. His biggest desire is to play with them and he would do well in a house with another dog playmate. He has not been tested with cats. Garver enjoys car-rides, pup-cups, walks and checking out the local dog-friendly store. He’s also great at home and can be left uncrated while you are away. He is food and treat-motivated and takes direction well. He knows sit and is working on stay, making him fun to train and a great match for someone who enjoys building a bond through gentle guidance. He has not shown food aggression around other dogs. Come meet Garver and add this sweet boy to your pack.

Story
Milo has been our mini farms guard dog for about 3 years. We no longer have our mini farm animals and he is looking for a new home to help out at. He has been known to growl; he has never snapped at anyone but will let you know when to leave him alone. Because of that I feel like he would do best as an outside dog still with no children. He is still loving and likes to be pet and run !

Story
Leuke is a mini Aussie! I got leuke from my best friend who was trying to find him a home (due to moving), we had previously adopted Leukes son and thought it’d be good to have them together, they have previously gotten along. He is 3 years old and we’ve had him for about 5 months Leuke seems to do fine with our cats, but he’s gotten very territorial with my other male dog (his son) We were told he had mild food aggression, it’s seems to be more moderate. Growling when any of the animals get close, and sometimes snipping at them, he does well with cage feeding and feeding separately from other animals. He does seem to get stressed around younger children, but does well around my 10 year old. He is really a very friendly dog, very loyal, and wants nothing but lovins and attention. He would just do best in a slower environment with lots of room to run.

Story
Zelda is a very sweet and very typical German shepherd dog. She is a somewhat shy dog who takes time to acclimate to new people. She is very sweet and has never been known to bite or show aggression towards people but certainly enjoys barking at other dogs. She loves to take her treats and find a hiding place and enjoy peace and quiet. She likes privacy while she eats She enjoys patrolling a large backyard. Would enjoy being adopted by someone who can understand the needs of German Shepherd dogs and engage in the proper training for walks and obedience
