Meet Max! He's a 1-year-old yellow lab with a big goofy heart. He lives for snuggles, playtime, and his rope toy — and he's food-motivated, which makes training a blast. He's still polishing his leash manners (young and enthusiastic!). Max is being rehomed through no fault of his own; our household just doesn't have the time two big dogs deserve. He'd make a wonderful buddy for someone with room to play.

Penny is a 2 year old pitbull mix. She is up to date on all shots and spayed. She is around 50 pounds. We are rehoming her because she is too energetic when playing with our small dog and we are worried she could hurt her. Penny is very high energy and her ideal home would include a securely fenced yard where she can run and play to burn off her energy. She loves to play fetch and play with toys. She would do best in a home where she is the only dog and can soak up all the love . A home without cats or other small pets is recommended. She does great with kids, loves any attention she can get, and thrives on a routine. She is crate trained and potty trained. She does good on a leash. She is super sweet, goofy and loves to cuddle.

Nov 4 Update:Sorry to the applicants. We took a last minute trip after posting and have just logged back in. We will be responding this week.—Our sweet Gumbo is the best dog we could ever imagine having. Unfortunately our growing family is overwhelmed with raising children that we aren’t able to spend the type of time with Gumbo as she deserves. She is incredibly intelligent, well behaved and trained. You’ll be amazed to find out she is only 10 months old once you meet her. Our friends have described her as “a generational pet” and “you are so absurd to be letting someone else have this dog.” But it is where our family is and we have to prioritize our little human.All of her shots are up to date and she has profiles at multiple local daycares. She could use some leash work, but this is from lack of experience - she’s a quick learner with consistency.We have not spayed her yet so all her joints can develop first.Would love for you to meet our sweet Gumbo!
