Story
We adopted Bo about 3 years ago when he was 1. He's been an amazing boy, he's amazing with our cats and kids in the family. He always wants to be by people and just loves being where everyone else is. He loves to cuddle. He's graduated from basic obedience training, does well in and out of the house. He's never had an accident in the house. Hates baths, loves balls or even the thought of a ball lol. We love him, but we recently moved and the new area is not a great fit for him. We really hope to give him up to new home that'll love him as much as we do.

Story
Origami and his Brother were rescued from a nearby reservation where they lived under a car as newborns. We initially took them in while others adopted their 10 siblings. It was always supposed to be a temporary situation, which was even more decided once we confirmed our children have a dog allergy. They're now 10 months old. They ring a bell to go outside and do their business, and are crate trained. Origami loves anyone, especially children, and wants nothing more than to have a human who will hold him. He has a thing for being hugged and can become fairly attached to anyone who will hold him affectionately. Origami enjoys walks, and honestly could use more leash training, but is indifferent to the dog park. Mostly because he would rather spend time with humans and ignores other animals in favor of being given attention. He does have a friend othan than his brother. An older rescue. And they play well. But he otherwise avoids other animals.

Story
We took Penny in after she was abandoned at a friends house. She is a 1 year old pitbull mix. She is up to date on all shots and spayed. She is around 50 pounds. We are rehoming her because she seems to not realize her size and is too energetic when playing with our small dog. Penny is VERY high energy and her ideal home would include a securely fenced yard where she can run and play to burn off her energy. She loves to play fetch and play with toys. She would do best as an only dog as she has jealous tendencies with other dogs. She has a high prey drive so a home without cats or other small pets is recommended. She does ok with kids but can be overwhelming for them if they aren’t used to dogs due to her energy level. She is crate trained and potty trained. She does good on a leash but does pull a bit at first. She is super sweet, goofy and loves to cuddle. She does have a bit of anxiety so it would take her some time to adjust to a new home but does really well on a set routine.

Story
🐾 Meet Cookie! 🐾 This sweet boy is a male Chihuahua mix who’s ready to find his forever home! 💙 ✅ Neutered ✅ Vaccinated ✅ Microchipped ✅ House-trained Cookie is playful, affectionate, and LOVES roughhousing with other dogs. He’s also a total cuddlebug who enjoys sleeping in bed with his people and giving kisses. He’s smart, listens well, and loves being part of the action! 😘 He currently lives in a foster home with dogs, chickens, and birds — and gets along great with all of them. He will chase cats if they run, so a confident cat is best. 💬 He’s cautious with new people and will bark to let you know he’s unsure, so he needs a home that’s patient and willing to give him time to settle in and build trust. ❗️No young kids — Cookie does best in a calmer environment with adults or older, respectful teens. 🐕‍🦺 We’d love to see him in a home with another playful dog — he really thrives when he has a buddy! 🏃‍♂️ He’s an active little guy, so his ideal home will be one that enjoys walks, playtime, and keeping him engaged. 📍Ready to meet him? Apply today at: www.mainstreetmuttrescue.com Give Cookie the chance to settle in — and he’ll reward you with endless love. 🐶❤️ #AdoptDontShop #RescueDog #ChihuahuaMix #PlayfulPup #MainStreetMuttRescue #AdoptCookie
