Story

Johnny is a 13-14 year old cat and has been owned by one owner all his life. He has been the only pet in the home so he is not very friendly with other dogs or cats. He is a very social cat and just loves to be around people. He is good with friends and visitors and usually is right in the middle with gatherings of friends and family members. He loves to be petted and touched and is a constant companion. He will just hang around with you and is always happy to see you when you have been away. He is an older cat so he does take cat naps during the day. We have an automatic cat feeder so he is used to being fed at certain times during the day. We will send the feeder with him. We love Johnny but have been doing a lot of traveling and have had to leave him with sitters who love on him, we can tell he does get stressed out when we are away so we are looking for someone to take him who would enjoy a steady companion at home. He does travel well driving or flying in his carrier.

Loki is just over 2 years old. He is a mix of Himalayan and Maine Coon. He is very playful cat. He likes to be outside and is a great hunter. But, we have another cat beside him and Loki occasionally gets in fights with him and occasionally marks walls. I believe he will be a great cat if he will be alone and will be allowed outside when he wants to. Like on a farm

We got her through PetSmart, and a fun fact is that her original name was America (her siblings were all named after countries or continents.) She’s about 2 now and has such a funny little personality. She’s very sassy and demure, super gentle, and once she gets comfortable with you, she becomes incredibly affectionate. She’ll flop right next to you, roll over for scratches, cuddle into you at night, and sink her head into your neck when you hold her. She loves plush blankets, making biscuits, watching TV, looking out the window, wand toys, lasers, and chasing balls. She’s pretty independent and chill, but she really does love having someone around. She can be very shy with new people and may hide for a while, so she needs patience and someone who will let her warm up on her own terms. Once she feels safe, she is such a sweet little companion. We’re only rehoming her because our schedule and travel have made it harder to give her the time and presence she’s used to.

Meet Jaq. This handsome orange boy is looking for his new home. Jaq is a shy guy with a heart of gold. While he's not always sure about the world around him, he's always been polite and curious. He loves friendly kitty friends, and dogs are pretty ok too, so long as they're not too excited. His ideal home is one with a human that's patient and lives a quieter lifestyle. If the house is too loud and boisterous, you're not likely to see much of him. He's a smart cookie and will let you know politely when it's food time. If you're late, you're sure to hear his soft dainty voice give you a reminder as he sits beside you with his big round eyes letting you know it's food o'clock! While always a gentleman, he can be a bit unsure at times. When he does get attention, those chin scratches remind him life isn't so scary and he's sure to offer some purrs and make some muffins. While he's not your next lap cat, he's sure to offer a sweet partnership. Whether in a home or your next barn kitty watching over the horses and saddles, he's sure to warm your heart with that sweet face. And who knows... maybe he's waiting to be a lap cat for his one special person. Jaq is altered. He is feline leukemia/FIV/HW negative, microchipped and vaccinated. He is not declawed.
