Pippen thinks her energy is should be saved, so she tends to sleep all day. But she’s pretty picky about where she naps. She’ll happily bug you until she gets the perfect spot on the couch. Most of the time, you’ll find her snoozing next to you or chatting away. At night, she likes to roll around rocks while talking to them—she gets a little shy if you catch her in the act.Our house is pretty quiet and mellow—it's got teens and two parents, so I think that’s more her style. She’s never really been left alone much; when her favorite person leaves, she makes sure everyone in the house knows. She’d be a perfect match for someone who’s home most of the day or an older person.She’s spayed and allergic to pretty much everything except turkey. Luckily, turkey food is easy to find and not more expensive than other cat foods. We’ll send her food in a big five-gallon bucket to keep her stocked up.We're rehoming because of a sudden disability in the family.

We aren’t sure how long he was roughing it as a stray, but one thing is clear: he *adores* humans and craves human attention! *Human-Obsessed:* He loves being the center of your world and will follow you around to see what you are doing.*The Ultimate Entertainer with High Energy:* He is not much of a lap-cuddler, but he makes up for it by being hilarious. He will have you laughing out loud daily with his high-flying, parkour, ninja-like moves.We fell in love with him, but we have two other resident cats. Unfortunately, he has been very territorial and simply cannot get along with them. It is not fair to keep them separated, so we are making the heartbreaking decision to find him a space where he can be the undisputed king.

Story

Snickers was a stray we took in. He roams in and out of the house currently but can adapt to indoors only. He is a bit skiddish of people until he warms up. Ideally he would thrive in a calm home. Other cats would be ok for him too. He will warm up but he will need to in his own time. He is good with older kids that understand how to respect his boundaries. Once he warms up to you he is a big cuddly baby!

This is Miko, who is 12. She was adopted to be a companion to an elderly cat who had lost both her sister and her male playmate in a very short timespan. It looked like a good fit but Miko took an instant dislike to the elderly cat and unfortunately that has continued unabated. Miko is a people cat, affectionate and curious but wants to return to being an only cat, which she was for most of her life. She briefly lived with a large dog with no problems. Some of her interactions may not be ideal for very young children. Miko uses her litter box and scratching post faithfully. Miko comes with all of her worldly goods: carrier, waterer, beds, toys, scratcher and food dishes.

Pippa is roughly 3 years old, very sweet, playful, and an all day cuddler and snuggled. She very affectionate and loves to give kisses and kneed! She enjoys chasing her toys both alone and with someone, zooming around, adores anyone and everyone, loves pets, and butt pats, and adores bird/squirrel watching in windows.Pippa was living with a dog prior to us and did well, but had a hard time when we pet sat a family members cat. She is very good with kids.Although we do love Pippa, our home is very full and we aren't able to love her as much as we'd like to and feel she deserves a home where she can get the love and attention she deserves and needs. She is up to date on her shots, last seen in January 2026. She's healthy, just little overweight. Adoption fee includes two litter boxes + litter, cat carrier, food tree and water bowl, any toys we can find of her's, and any remaining food she has at the time.
