Story
Potato is from a loving home, and due to unfortunate circumstances and only allowing 2 cats, which were there prior. Potato would do phenomenal in a home where there are other younger cats. Potato does have some anxiety issues, but is a very good at cuddling. He is also likes to voice his opinion from time to time! He would do well in a home where he is either with another cat companion or if there is a stay at home parent due to separation anxiety.

Story
Lovingly referred to as "Potato" by her foster parents for her round stature, Sparky is full of life, love, and resilience. One of Sparky's most endearing features is her nubby ears, which give her a striking resemblance to her namesake, Como Zoo’s Sparky the Seal. Before Sparky came into rescue, she was living with chronic ear infections and likely a great deal of pain. She patiently waited for a specialized surgery to remove her ear canal, and along the way also underwent a spay and dental procedure. Needless to say, this girl is no stranger to the operating room, but she has been a trooper through all the vet visits and countless doses of medication. If there's one thing Sparky loves most in this life, it's food. She may not be able to hear a thing, but somehow, she always knows exactly when it’s mealtime. She's never one to miss a snack! Sparky adores gentle scratches and being brushed. She'll happily let you scoop her up for a few moments of cuddles before giving a little wiggle to let you know she's ready to be back on all four paws. Through and through, she is a certified sweetheart. She starts purring almost instantly when she sees you walk into the room. After everything she's been through, Sparky deserves nothing less than the very best. She's ready to trade vet visits for sunny windowsills, cozy naps, full food bowls, and a lifetime of love with a family who will spoil her the way she deserves. Due to her previous ear issues, Sparky could be prone to infections in her left ear so her new family should keep an eye on her ear and make sure her veterinarian is aware. Sparky is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for her age. Meet Aquara! Aquara is a sweet, gentle girl who takes her time getting to know new people. She's timid at first, but with patience, kindness and a few tasty treats, you'll start to see her personality shine. Watching her come out of her shell is a journey filled with small steps forward and the bond you'll build with her is one that will be truly meaningful. Once Aquara feels safe and knows you're a friend, she loves gentle scratches and will happily soak up the affection. Aquara is looking for a calm, understanding home where she can settle in at her own pace. We want to let adopters know that Aquara has a fractured front incisor tooth. No action required now, but it will need to be monitored. Aquara is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for her age. Story
Meet Toribia, a beautiful 1-year-old buff tabby with a gentle spirit and a personality that blends sweetness, playfulness, and independence. Toribia can be a little shy at first and loves having cozy hiding spots where she feels safe—don’t be surprised if her favorite places are tucked away in closets or under (or even on top of!) the bed while she settles in. Once she feels comfortable, Toribia’s playful and affectionate side begins to shine. She enjoys chasing toys, exploring her surroundings, and sharing cuddles—but always on her own terms, which makes those quiet moments with her feel extra special. Her energy level is a lovely mix of active and calm, making her equally happy during playtime or relaxing nearby. Toribia would thrive as the only cat in a quiet home where she can be the center of attention without the stress of other feline roommates. She may do well with older, cat-savvy children who understand how to respect her boundaries and let her come to them at her own pace. She is litter box trained and does best with a large litterbox scooped twice daily. Toribia is ready to find a patient, loving home where she can feel secure, adored, and truly at ease. Toribia is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for her age. Story
Meet Cross Stitch! A calico and tabby mix with aqua blue eyes, she's an exceptionally pretty girl, and is sure to capture your heart. Cross Stitch loves to be picked up and snuggled with, and will happily nap by your side. She used to be the most reserved of her litter, but she's slowly finding her confidence! She's gotten braver, more playful, and comfortable expressing her curiosity. She loves climbing to the highest point in every room, and will transform into a skilled acrobat at times. While she's on the calmer side, she can't resist a good game of hide and seek. She loves to sneak into little nooks and crannies, waiting and watching silently until she's discovered (but she'll always come out for a snack). Cross Stitch is also a master bug hunter - no toy is more fun to her than a fly buzzing around the room! She'll chatter and engage her laser focus to hunt it down. Cross Stitch is great with other cats and with children of all ages. She's curious around dogs, and would do best with a calm, couch potato kind of dog. A calm and peaceful home would be her paradise. Due to their young age, this kitten must be adopted with a littermate or into a home with a young and playful cat. Currently fostered with: Embroidery, Wittle, Knit, Quilt This kitty is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for their age. If you're looking for a talkative tortoiseshell with a lot of personality, Knit may just be the perfect fit for you! Knit can be quiet and shy at times, but she's also definitely playful, sometimes sassy, and she loves to use her big voice. She loves playing with wand toys, and she's a master hunter of her pretend prey. Despite her small size, she loves being as tall as possible and will often seek out high places to perch. When she's all tired out, Knit loves to curl up with a fleece blanket, lounge in a windowsill or dark nook, or snuggle with her littermates. She's become quite fond of being picked up and will often purr when held, and she's generally game for a snuggle with her humans as well. Knit is great with other kittens, coming from a litter of five, and she's great with kids of all ages. She's done well around her foster mom's dog, as well as her older cat. Either way, once she's settled into her forever home, she's sure to win you over. Due to their young age, this kitten must be adopted with a littermate or into a home with a young and playful cat.
