Story

Johnny is a 13-14 year old cat and has been owned by one owner all his life. He has been the only pet in the home so he is not very friendly with other dogs or cats. He is a very social cat and just loves to be around people. He is good with friends and visitors and usually is right in the middle with gatherings of friends and family members. He loves to be petted and touched and is a constant companion. He will just hang around with you and is always happy to see you when you have been away. He is an older cat so he does take cat naps during the day. We have an automatic cat feeder so he is used to being fed at certain times during the day. We will send the feeder with him. We love Johnny but have been doing a lot of traveling and have had to leave him with sitters who love on him, we can tell he does get stressed out when we are away so we are looking for someone to take him who would enjoy a steady companion at home. He does travel well driving or flying in his carrier.

Details

Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,

Story

Loki is just over 2 years old. He is a mix of Himalayan and Maine Coon. He is very playful cat. He likes to be outside and is a great hunter. But, we have another cat beside him and Loki occasionally gets in fights with him and occasionally marks walls. I believe he will be a great cat if he will be alone and will be allowed outside when he wants to. Like on a farm

Story

Elliot is an amazing 6 year old, indoor cat. He loves to play, cuddle, and sleep next to his favorite people He is good with kids and other cats. Not much experience being around dogs. His breed is unknown as when I got him he was a barn kitten. He quickly became a cuddly indoor cat. I have to rehome Elliot for health reasons. I had a heart attack earlier this year. I am at a point where I need assistance. Unfortunately, where I am moving to, they have allergies to cats.

Details

Good with kids, Good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,

Story

Maverick is an 8 year old purebred Bengal that we adopted when he was six months old. My husband is allergic to cats so we needed to go a hypoallergenic route and it has worked out. However, Maverick has allergies and anxiety. His allergy medication does cost quite a bit each month. And his anxiety has caused frequent urination and defecation outside of his litter box. He goes through episodes where he uses the box fine but then something will stress him out and he decides to go on our rugs and furniture. We have a two year old daughter and a newborn son and cannot continue dealing with his anxiety issues at this time. We are looking to either rehome or euthanize. He is great with our kids, but does often pick on our other bengal cat. He will require a very stress-free home and someone who does not plan to move in the future.

Details

Good with kids, Not good with dogs, Good with cats,

Story

Rick is a very friendly, playful cat. He loves food, and playing with other cats. Very cuddly and lays with you. He is 7 months old. He has some litter training issues. He goes poop in the box, but pees on the floor at times. He is very sweet. Not very good with dogs. He runs away. Our hope is he goes to a multi-cat household preferably with no dogs, or at least calm dogs. He often sleeps with our other cat. He was born in the house he is currently kept in. So we have kept him here. He has never been allowed outside. He does not have any shots or a microchip.
