Story
Meet Jive! 🐾 Jive is a bold, playful, and super sweet brown short-haired boy who loves to be in the middle of the action. He’s got a ton of energy and a big personality to match — if there’s a feather wand or a tunnel around, he’s in it. When he’s not zooming through playtime, you’ll find him lounging by the window or basking in a cozy warm spot near the heat. This chatty guy isn’t shy about sharing his thoughts — he’ll vocalize when he wants attention or just feels like adding commentary to the day. Jive enjoys affection, but on his own terms (classic cat confidence). He’s fully litter trained, loves a good cat tree climb, and thrives with regular play sessions to help him burn off energy — especially since he can get a little talkative at night if he’s bored. Jive would prefer to be the only cat in the home, though he might do okay with the right calm companion. He hasn’t met dogs or kids in rescue, but would likely be fine with gentle introductions. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, expressive cat with a zest for life and a soft spot for cuddles and playtime, Jive’s your guy! 💛 Currently fostered with: Snuggles. I am fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for my age. Adoption Fee: $250 + applicable tax MEET ME/ADOPT ME: If you’d like to arrange a meeting or begin the adoption process, please fill out an adoption application by visiting https://www.twincitiespetrescue.org/adopt/ or clicking “Apply for Adoption”. A volunteer from Twin Cities Pet Rescue will contact you within 3 business days. FOSTER HOMES NEEDED!!! Twin Cities Pet Rescue is a volunteer-run, foster home-based organization. We can only rescue as many animals as available foster homes. Please consider saving the life of an animal in need and become a volunteer foster home today. To become a foster, fill out a dog or cat foster application on the Twin Cities Pet Rescue website: www.twincitiespetrescue.org . There is little to no cost to foster an animal. Story
Meet Spinach Artichoke Dip, a handsome brown marble tabby with a big personality and an even bigger sense of fun! This playful, energetic boy is equal parts goofy entertainer and charming conversationalist—he loves to “chat” with his people and keep you company throughout the day. Whether he’s zooming after a favorite catnip toy or inventing his own games with anything he can chase, Spinach Artichoke Dip knows how to make everyday life more entertaining. Spinach Artichoke Dip enjoys having space to play and show off his zooming skills! He has a great balance of active and chill energy. After a good play session, he’s happy to settle into a comfy cat bed for some well-earned rest, preferably somewhere close to the action. He tolerates other cats well and would likely do fine with a respectful dog, though he hasn’t met one while in rescue. Spinach Artichoke Dip is also wonderful with kids of all ages, making him a great fit for a family home. Fully litter trained and easygoing, he’s fine being picked up but doesn’t need to be constantly held—he prefers affection on his own terms. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, talkative companion with a goofy streak, Spinach Artichoke Dip may be the perfect addition to your home. I am fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for my age. Story
Wigglytuff is a young kitten with a beautiful dilute tortie coat and an adorable orange chin that gives her a uniquely sweet expression. She’s playful, curious, and always ready to explore—whether that means batting around crinkly toys, stretching out on a scratcher, or zooming around with her favorite feline friends. She has a gentle, affectionate side and tends to warm up quickly, especially when she’s in a cozy environment with a soft bed to curl up in after playtime. Wigglytuff grew up surrounded by other cats, so she’s comfortable in a multi-cat home and adjusts well with slow, thoughtful introductions. Wigglytuff shares a close bond with her sister Jigglypuff and would love to be adopted with her or into a home that already has a young, playful cat. She thrives with companionship and enjoys having a buddy to wrestle, chase, and nap alongside. If you’re looking for a sweet, social kitten with just the right mix of playfulness and affection, Wigglytuff could be the perfect addition to your home. Wigglytuff is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and current on age-appropriate vaccinations. Adoption Fee: $275 + applicable tax Come see Wigglytuff at the Petco in Highland Park located at 2277 Ford Pkwy, St. Paul, MN 55116. Story
Adopt Decker – “Chicken Boy” Meet Decker, a three-year-old tabby with soft medium hair and a heart as warm as his favorite spot on the couch. Despite a rough start surviving on the streets while managing diabetes, Decker has blossomed into a gentle, loving cat who adores people—and rotisserie chicken most of all. Decker is calm, cuddly, and playful on his own terms. He loves curling up on top of you during TV time or snoozing nearby, keeping quiet company. While he can be a little shy with new sights and sounds, he quickly relaxes in a peaceful home environment. He’s comfortable around other cats and would likely do fine with calm, respectful dogs or kids. He’s fully litter trained, enjoys playing with string toys, scratching posts, and—most of all—snuggling after a good meal. Decker takes insulin shots twice a day like a champ, and in return, he’ll fill your life with warmth, charm, and love. If you’re looking for a sweet, steady companion who just wants to be near you, Decker’s ready to be your loyal friend (and your chicken-sharing buddy). Decker is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for his age.
