Story
Meet Duncan,
Looking for a loyal companion with a heart of gold? Meet this handsome 6–7-year-old Doberman gentleman who is ready to leave his difficult past behind and start the next chapter of his life with a family of his very own.
After coming into rescue from a neglect situation in Texas, he has shown everyone just how resilient and loving he truly is. Despite everything he's been through, he has an incredible temperament and absolutely adores people. Whether you're relaxing on the couch, working around the house, or enjoying time in the yard, he's happiest when he's near his favorite humans soaking up pets and attention.
One of his most endearing qualities is his love for plush toys. You'll often find him proudly carrying a toy wherever he goes, almost like a security blanket that brings him comfort and joy. Because of this, a home stocked with plenty of soft toys is at the top of his wish list!
This sweet boy is crate trained, house trained, and already knows the "Sit" command. He's eager to please, highly food motivated, and would love a family willing to continue teaching him new tricks and skills.
He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and has never met a stranger. Men, women, and children are all friends in his book, making him a fantastic candidate for many different types of households.
If you're looking for a Doberman who combines a gentle soul, loving personality, and a touch of adorable goofiness, this special boy may be exactly who you've been waiting for. All he asks for is a safe home, a basket full of plush toys, and a family to love him forever.
Could you be the happy ending this deserving boy has been waiting for? ❤️🐾
