Story
Meet Jax, Jax is a blue & tan boy with natural ears and a tail that is knocking the door at 6 years old. He is a super sweet boy and deserves the best life. He is a very smart boy who loves cuddles, is great on a leash, and knows a lot of commands! He's a great running and hiking partner, too! Jax needs to be in a Doberman experienced home with no small children. He will need a home with a 6 ft fence, as he can clear a 3-4 ft fence if he decided to let himself out on a run. Jax is fully vetted and ready for his new forever home. Jax is muzzle trained and in high stress environments like vet offices it would be best for him to wear it in case he gets over stimulated. This boy has had a rough life thus far after running the streets of Mexico to coming here. Jax would be best in a home with another dog to keep his confidence up. He is good with cats and horses also. Jax is a true velcro dog and protective of his tribe once he settles in. We are currently accepting applications for Jax at www.savingdobermankind.org/adoption-application All animals adopted from us are fully vetted including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, heartworm test and deworming. Please email us at HookedOnDobies@gmail.com, visit our Facebook page www.facebook.com/savingdobermankind or webpage https://www.savingdobermankind.org to request an application, inquire about an adoption fee, or to learn more! We do require a completed adoption application to be submitted before discussing details of a specific Doberman. We DO NOT have a central location, our foster homes are located throughout our geographic region including CO and WY. We strive to PROTECT the privacy of our fosters. ALL Doberman meet and greets are conducted in a neutral meeting location made by appointment only.

Bella is very full of energy and loves to play! She is 16 weeks old and will be about 8-9 lbs when grown. We love her but as we are expecting it’s going to be difficult and unfair to our baby and her if we keep Bella. She is very quiet and does not bark so that is plus!

Story
Meet Storm! Storm is an honorary doberman in a Weimaraner body! Storm has officially been waiting for his forever home for 5 years now and just over 7 years old. He is a owner surrender that was bounced around 3 different homes because no one could keep up with his energy. Storm will need a privacy fenced back yard of at least 6ft as he is he could clear anything under that if he chose to. Storm loves people but he can not be in a home with other animals as he doesn't get along with other male or female dogs and he has a high prey drive for the small animals. He will need a very special home that can give him what he needs. On a good note this boy absolutely loves to jump on trampolines and loves playing fetch and will return the ball. He does know several basic commands but does pull on leash but if you use the sit command to make him stop he does pretty well. He is a strong boy so no children should be taking him for walks alone. He would cuddle all day on a couch and bed with you. He is not a fan of storms ironically or fireworks. He has been with children from ages new born to 13 and never had any issues. If you are an active family with no other pets Storm will be the best addition to your home! To apply to adopt Storm please go to www.savingdobermankind.org/adoption-application All animals adopted from us are fully vetted including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, heartworm test and deworming. Please contact Constance (connibouchard@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.Rescued dogImportant Information Please read! If you are interested in me after reading about me, please visit my site, http://www.breederadoptions.org and follow the instructions. The majority of the dogs we rescue, mostly breeder dogs, have lived their entire lives in less-than-ideal conditions so will need to be socialized, house and leash trained. Most have never lived in a house, walked on a leash, had a treat or sat in a lap. For many of them, their feet have never touched the ground after living for years on wire until they arrive at our main facility where they are evaluated, groomed and given vet care. Most of these dogs are not socialized and need to be cornered to be picked up, so are not suitable for people with physical disabilities or suffer from PTSD. They need folks who will make them the center of their world and help them learn to trust before even attempting to train.  Please do not apply if you do not meet the requirements of the dogs we rescue.  However, they will learn with time, love, patience and most of all, commitment. You must have an ample supply of all of these to reap the rewards of watching these very special dogs become your wonderful companion. We state any known health issues, all are altered unless there is a medical reason not to, which we will advise, any known medical issues addressed, are microchipped, are UTD on all vaccines and have been checked out by at least one veterinarian, usually two. We do not guarantee the health of any of our rescued dogs. The dogs we rescue have lived with other dogs all of their lives and most get along with other dogs. We state if they are dog aggressive. We require a permanent, full-time parent. That means you must be able to spend the majority of your time with your new companion to socialize and train. We do not, under any circumstances, place them in homes with young children as they have not been exposed to children, and we do not know how they will react. Please do not waste your time or ours if you are not prepared to adopt within 2 weeks and you are not willing to pick the dog up at its location. Hi! My name is Buddy, and I am a gorgeous Australian Shepherd puppy who was born 1/17/25, and I weigh 25 pounds. I was born with a fused knee and a dislocated hip, but I have learned to get around just fine. My Dogtor advises to let it alone and let me enjoy my life. I am very social and sweet and get along well with other dogs. A calm sibling to play with would be ideal and respectful children over 10 years old would be okay with me.  If you have been waiting for a gorgeous, please ask for me on your application to http://www.breederadoptions.org.
