Story
Meet Jax, Jax is a blue & tan boy with natural ears and a tail that is knocking the door at 6 years old. He is a super sweet boy and deserves the best life. He is a very smart boy who loves cuddles, is great on a leash, and knows a lot of commands! He's a great running and hiking partner, too! Jax needs to be in a Doberman experienced home with no small children. He will need a home with a 6 ft fence, as he can clear a 3-4 ft fence if he decided to let himself out on a run. Jax is fully vetted and ready for his new forever home. Jax is muzzle trained and in high stress environments like vet offices it would be best for him to wear it in case he gets over stimulated. This boy has had a rough life thus far after running the streets of Mexico to coming here. Jax would be best in a home with another dog to keep his confidence up. He is good with cats and horses also. Jax is a true velcro dog and protective of his tribe once he settles in. We are currently accepting applications for Jax at www.savingdobermankind.org/adoption-application All animals adopted from us are fully vetted including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, heartworm test and deworming. Please email us at HookedOnDobies@gmail.com, visit our Facebook page www.facebook.com/savingdobermankind or webpage https://www.savingdobermankind.org to request an application, inquire about an adoption fee, or to learn more! We do require a completed adoption application to be submitted before discussing details of a specific Doberman. We DO NOT have a central location, our foster homes are located throughout our geographic region including CO and WY. We strive to PROTECT the privacy of our fosters. ALL Doberman meet and greets are conducted in a neutral meeting location made by appointment only.

Story
Meet Dakota, Dakota found himself in a sticky situation because his owner passed away. He is currently grieving the loss of his owner and is unsure what to do with himself. The person helping with the estate and though of his owner as a father figure did try to home him but the people couldn't handle his barking even though it was only 24 hrs. He will need time his whole world has changed. We did learn that he was originally adopted from a local rescue that is no longer operating. Dakota is up to date on vaccines and neutered. He has not lived with other dogs since he was adopted so currently we are unsure how he is with other dogs or cats. We are also unsure how he is with small kids as his previous owner did not have kids either. We do know he is ok being around people in wheelchairs though. Interested in adding a senior to your home. Apply to adopt Dakota at www.savingdobermankind.org/adoption-application. All animals adopted from us are fully vetted including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, heartworm test and deworming. Please email us at HookedOnDobies@gmail.com, visit our Facebook page www.facebook.com/savingdobermankind or webpage https://www.savingdobermankind.org to request an application, inquire about an adoption fee, or to learn more! Story
This is Beau- a 6 1/2 y/o pure breed Husky but he isn’t your typical. He doesn’t bark or talk much at all. He’s an old man at heart and truly loves nothing more than sitting outside all day, no matter the weather but much more with snow on the ground! I’ve had Beau his entire life since 8 weeks old. We’ve lived in 4 states together and have had plenty of other dogs that grew up with him. Rehoming him is extremely hard. He loves to go for walks and loves his butt scratched. He is house trained, 100%- there is no need to crate him. I have not crated him since he was a puppy and he has never chewed anything or ruined any of our furniture/personal things. He knows his basic commands and he was trained to ring a bell on the back door for potty (if no bell, he’ll sit at the door for you to open it) He hates his feet & tail touched. He is NOT trained off leash, I’ve tried but he’ll just run away. He’s sweet boy and so loving. I just want him to find the BEST home.

Story
Meet Garlic, Garlic is a owner surrender that was originally found running the streets of Mex. He is estimated to be around 3 1/2 years old. Though his poor body would have you believing he could be older as he as spent his life till now laying on only had surfaces causing pressure sores to develop on his legs. Garlic is a super sweet boy that has lived with kids and other dogs before. He is protective of women and other male dogs though and seems to be fine with a female dog. However he doesn't have this reaction with men and other dogs. Garlic is cropped and docked and already vetted though we are taking him in to have his pressure sores checked. We are unsure how Garlic would be with cats. To apply to adopt Garlic please go to www.savingdobermankind.org/adoption-application All animals adopted from us are fully vetted including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchip, heartworm test and deworming. Story
Zeus is house trained. He is young and active. He knows commands ie. Come, house, sit, down, place, eat, drink, free, he knows to wait before he touches his water and food with your command. He is a very smart dog but will test you. You need to show you are in control. As far as him being socialist with other dogs, he is good with my daughter’s Yorkie but he will need to be introduced to being more socialized with other dogs. I’d like for him to go to responsible person who has time, patience, someone who can afford and care for him as dogs can and may have expenses. He is healthy no medical problems that I know of. I rescued him from someone with health problem thinking I could give him all that time. I was wrong. He does love to play fetch

Story
Bella is very full of energy and loves to play! She is 16 weeks old and will be about 8-9 lbs when grown. We love her but as we are expecting it’s going to be difficult and unfair to our baby and her if we keep Bella. She is very quiet and does not bark so that is plus!
