Story
I am not the original owner, his family was going to take him to the pound, so we took him home to try to find a place for him. Unfortunately we cannot keep him as we have a senior dog who can’t handle him. Very sweet natured boy. Good with dogs and kids. He will need quite a bit of training. He would do great with someone who can spend the time loving on him and teaching him. Very eager to please.

Story
Blackie was adopted when he was a puppy for my mother. So he was my mother‘s dog but now she is deceased and I can no longer keep him. Blackie has lived with other dogs, but he does not like dogs that are bigger than him. He gets along with children, but I would not necessarily trust him with them. He does get anxious and he has anxiety issues when you leave him because he becomes very attached. Other than that he just wants to be loved and petted. I want to make sure that he has a good home because he’s still young enough to enjoy life, and I don’t want a shelter to kill him. Even though he has his insecurities he’s still a good dog. Also, he has seasonal allergies.

Story
We love our Theo. He is a great dog and truly loves his family. We got him February of 2020, so he has some seperation anxiety considering we were with him almost everyday of his puppy months. He is a hearding dog and truly wants to heard. He started trying to heard people once we had our first baby. He has gotten professional training where he was gone for a month and a half. He is trained on a collar/remote system. He is very protective of our household and my kids, but he doesnt like anybody in our yard. We had an incident where he ran up to my husbands grandfather and scared him, so we are having to rehome. He would do great on a big farm with lots of area to run and heard. We use our trainer to board him and she has a lifetime policy where she will help with any training and we board him with her. He is prescribed anxiety medication for scenarios that may make him anxious. He is really a great dog, and we never thought we'd rehome, but for our living situation it is best!

Layla is skittish, and can appear aggressive but I have never witnessed her attack or bite another dog. GOOD WITH CATS: no is the safe answer, I have not experienced anything, but would assume any small pets would need to be worked with on introduction. They both have retrieved small “visitors” they find in our yard. ARE YOU OPEN TO A RESCUE TAKING YOUR DOG: Yes, this is THE most ideal scenario ( we would prefer they stay together at all cost 🤞🏻) They show signs of separation anxiety even when

Story
The best word to describe Frank the border collie is “spaz”. He has his days where he’s full of energy and runs all day and also days where he just wants to lie around. Some days, he’s a cuddler and some days antisocial. He’s had all his shots and is neutered. I’ve owned Frank since he was 10 months old. Unfortunately, his recent behavior is not the best for our family. He can be very food and treat aggressive toward other dogs. I hate to lose a family member but our one year old is now very mobile and all over the place. As such, I’m doing what’s necessary to prevent him from getting hurt. He’s never bit or hurt any of his humans but it’s still kind of nerve racking. He has acted out on his food aggression on two other dogs (a male and a female) but has been fed separately since. Frank needs to be in a home without children or other animals. Hopefully I can find him a new home.

Story
Major is an incredibly sweet, playful, intelligent dog. He’s 1 1/2 years old. Loves people and other animals. He’s shy at first, but warms up quickly. He needs a good home where he will be loved and spoiled. He’s a comfort dog. He loves warm, comfy places to sleep and lounge. He loves playing chase and tug of war with other dogs. Best guess is he’s a Basset, Beagle mix. Pictures should help. He’s a very handsome boy and deserves the best. He loves to run. He loves to go for walks. Loves treats! Knows how to sit. He will make an amazing addition to a loving family and he deserves to have that.
