Story
Meet Draco! 🐾❤️Draco is a friendly, confident 3-year-old Shepherd mix who LOVES people and soaking up attention. He’s a big, sweet boy who enjoys exploring, checking out his surroundings, and then settling in for a nap once he’s comfortable. He walks well on leash with light pulling, isn’t picky about affection, and handled beautifully during his evaluation. Draco doesn’t seem to know many commands yet and will need some help with house-training, but he’s social, gentle, and eager to bond with his person.Draco is fully vetted and ready to find a loving home where he can relax, learn, and thrive. 💛We are open to the public Tuesday - Sunday (1PM - 5PM)! Story
Cue 🐶19 weeks • 15 lbs • FemaleCue is a sweet, tan-and-chocolate puppy who’s already stolen hearts with her playful, happy nature. Despite her young age, she’s been through a lot—she came to us with a fractured front leg that hasn’t healed properly. Our vet team believes the best long-term solution will be an amputation, which will give her the chance to live pain-free and keep thriving like the energetic pup she is.Cue has had her basic vetting and is looking for a committed adopter (or rescue partner) ready to support her through surgery and recovery. She’s a special puppy who deserves a fresh start and a family of her own.📍 Douglas County Animal Shelter2171 Mack Road, Douglasville, GA⏰ Open Tues–Sat, 1 PM – 5 PMWe are open to the public Tuesday - Sunday (1PM - 5PM)!
