Story
Luna is 3 years old. We took her in as a puppy because the previous owner could not care for the mom and her pups. Her birthday date is October 13, 2022. She is very playful and loves attention. Luna is crate trained and for the most part house trained. Because of our busy schedules there has been some regression on the house training aspect. She does get car sick, but she has been getting better in this area. What we want more than anything is for her to go to a home full of love where she can get the attention she needs to thrive. Luna is an inside dog. While she loves being outside, she has never spent a night outside. A fenced in yard would be ideal for her daily exercise and activity. While we love her and wish we could keep her, it’s not fair to her with our schedules. She deserves to get all of the love and attention we are hoping a new home can provide. No adoption fee as she is due for shots in May.

Story
Rocky is a sweet boy. he listens very well. he is potty trained. such a good boy it breaks my heart to have to do this. he is a little finicky.. he has anxiety. but he does great with people. he can be around other animals he just needs to get used to them. he doesn't like to play with other dogs but he will sniff them and be calm if they are calm as well. he just doesnt like rough play or a lot of movement going on. my main concern is his teeth. when I initially adopted him he needed some work done.. I havent been financially stable to get the work done and I feel bad. he basically needs the teeth pulled because his previous owners neglected to take care of them. other than that hes healthy and like I mentioned before he such good boy, listens SO WELL. thats the only things the previous owners did right was train him!! I feel like I need to give him a better home. I feel like I am neglecting him because I don't have job cant take care of things finically and give him what he deserves!

Story
Tyler is a 10 year old, senior Wheaton Terrier/Poodle mix, around 28 lbs.  Tyler's a handsome boy who's one of the most affectionate dogs ever. He was previously abused and had a very hard time trusting new people but he's a different dog now and has learned most people are kind.   No first time dog owners please. Adopters must be in the metro Atlanta area.  He's most familiar with women and would do best with a female owner or a loving couple. No single male homes will work for him. Tyler loves women! Any men in the home need to be a loving, doggie dad. Tyler is smart, he will know if you‘re a “dog person” or not.   He does best in a calm, quiet home without a lot of noise or activity, including guests coming and going often. The ideal age range for Tyler is 50‘s to early 60’s, someone more settled with a calm lifestyle. He’s not used to children and is happiest as the only pet in the home. Tyler is still active and playful and loves leash walks.   Tyler is housebroken, neutered and current on shots. Adoption fee is $250.   November 3, 2025, 9:40 am

Story
Meet Charlie, a 2-3 year old terrier with the sweetest disposition and loving personality. He weighs 14 lbs, is neutered and vaccinated. This precious boy will steal your heart fast with sweet kisses and cuddles. He has such a fun and playful personality on top of being such a lover boy. He absolutely loves other dogs and would love to have another dog his size to play and hang with. Charlie is hilarious with his toys, he tosses them around if you don’t…he’s pretty easy to entertain. This boy lovessss to play fetch with his mini tennis balls! Charlie is young, but he has already endured more than any dog  should. When he was found, our vet believes he had been neglected for six months to a year. His body was hidden beneath painful mats that took hours to remove. But underneath it all… was the sweetest little soul just waiting to be seen.    Despite everything he’s been through, he is still loving, and endlessly forgiving. He melts into your arms when you hold him and looks up at you with the softest eyes — the kind that say “thank you” without a single word. He just wants to be close to someone who cares.  He is still working on becoming housetrained and doing well. He’s about 85% there! He just needs to be taken out often and to a fenced yard. Charlie isn’t fond of doing his “business” on leash and loves running around his foster’s fenced yard. **Charlie had a painful eye infection when rescued which has cleared.. It was discovered that his eyes don’t produce enough tears, and will be on eye mediations for life for dry eyes. Potential adopters need to understand this if interested in adopting Charlie. The cost is $50-$80 per month.February 9, 2026, 5:03 pm

Story
Cross is a handsome 9 year old male, Shepherd mix...a darling boy with a huge heart. He’s a big boy, around 70 lbs. Cross is a Shepherd mix, maybe part retriever because he loves to retrieve tennis balls so much. He was actually obtained on Craigslist then abandoned at a local boarding kennel. He lived at the kennel for several years until finally finding his foster home.  Cross is shy at first around new people, but is very affectionate after he gets to know you. Once he does, he is SUPER loving. His favorite best friend is Ginger, a mini lab mix also up for adoption. They were both abandoned around the same time and have been best buddies for years. If they got adopted together it would be AMAZING! But this is not required. Cross MUST have a medium size, playful female in the home. He cannot be the only dog as he would be lonely. He does best with female dogs. He can be very shy with men, as men didn't treat him the best early in life.  He really needs a female in his home, as well as a tall fenced yard. The ideal home for Cross is a woman in her 40’s-50’s who’s still active, can be married but any man will need to have a sweet, loving personality to win him over. Also a home with a tall fence and a playful female dog, or who can adopt Ginger too!November 18, 2025, 5:19 pm
