Meet Charli ❤️ Charli has been my girl since she was young. She is an adult Akita/Lab mix who has grown up as an indoor family dog, and I'm looking for the right permanent home for her.Charli will come with her belongings, including her bed, toys, food/storage supplies and her own grooming supplies. She has brushes and grooming tools, nail clippers, an electric nail grinder/trimmer and a pet-grooming vacuum. She does shed and needs regular brushing and coat care.Charli is on veterinarian-prescribed flea, tick and heartworm prevention, and her available veterinary information will go with her.This is not a first-come, first-served placement. I want this to be Charli's last move and will carefully choose the right home.Located in North Metro Atlanta. I'm willing to travel within Georgia or meet serious adopters coming from Tennessee or Alabama halfway for the right home.

Story

Rocky is so funny and sweet. Surprisingly he is such a cuddly malinois but he definitely has the energy. He currently lives with me in an apartment and he would thrive in a house with a yard. He loves to run and play fetch. He is well trained and responds to his name, sit, lay down, place, wait, and off. He understands a few tricks like giving hugs and paw as well. He is so smart and will definitely try to outsmart you! He is such a sweetheart and will always be doing whatever you are. He will stay by your side. Rocky is a bit scared of people going by on new things so he still is learning. He is only 2 years old and I have had him for about 8 months. He is up to date on most of his shots but there are a few 6 month shots that he has not gotten. Rocky has seen other dogs and gets too excited for them, he is not socialized yet. He got off leash and played with a dog his size and strength one time and played nicely with him for a minute so he seems sweet! CHOOSE ME!!

Athena is a sweet girl, but she is very resource guarded we had an incident with our other senior male dog and herself. Do to this incident we now need to rehome her. She does not do well with other animals. She polices walks, jumping, and getting attention from her owner, we are newly pregnant and expecting our first child in November. We currently have both dogs separated in our house and they don’t see each other. So she has her own space and is doing very well during this transition period! She loves to play and is easy to love. She can be sweet with people but requires an experienced owner who understands dog behavior and can provide a safe environment with no other animals. She does better also with children ages 5 and up! This is an urgent rehoming situation. I want her placed responsibly and safely. Please message only if you are serious and able to handle a dog that needs to be an only pet.
